[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This gaming headset is great! The sound on these is amazing! I was playing sports video games like FIFA and it felt like I was really in the stadium. Other video games were equally as great. You could hear the faintest of sounds and this made the louder sounds even more intense. The sound quality is great and the microphone is equally as great. Anybody I played with online had an easy time hearing me. The gaming headset is super easy to setup and use as well. The wire-free set up is great and allows you to walk around without having to take off your headset or bring your controller. The battery life is also long and something I appreciate. The headset is very easy to use and has convenient volume controls right on the headset. Perhaps an underrated feature of this headset, is the ability to have great sound without disturbing anybody. You can play video games without annoying anyone else in the room. Also, I used these headphones to watch TV/movies on my gaming console without waking up anyone in my house like I used to when using my TV speakers. Lastly, these are very comfortable! I wore them for hours and never once experienced discomfort. I usually do not like over the ear headphones so the fact I never had any problems and actually enjoyed wearing these shows how comfortable they are! I could not recommend this product enough! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] These headphones deliver in a number of practical, easy ways whether being used for gaming or not. The ease of connection in headphones these days is critical, and within less than a minute, these were connected to both a phone and Nintendo Switch. Pairing was simple and the ability to switch back and forth relatively effortlessly made the user experience so smooth. Using the headset for gaming, the sound came in amazingly clear and captured both game dialogue as well as sound effects and score without featuring one over the other. Voices were clear, sound effects were crisp and the background music was rich and deep. Switching over to music, the experience was much the same. Piano notes came in clear and loud, treble was smooth and loud and the bass had a classic "thump" characteristic which is often more of a "buzz" in lower-end headphones. Finally, the switch to USB-C is the last feature that seems to be the most simple and obvious, but absolutely necessary. Regardless of device, it seems to be more and more common to utilize one charging cable, and being able to switch from phone to gaming and now headphones with a single cord while traveling is such a relief. All in all, these are terrific for anyone looking at a mid-range headset, packed with a ton of features and quality that are normally found in more expensive products and designs. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Positives: JBL Quantum 400 is a solid gaming headset with excellent build and top notch sound quality. The build quality of JBL never disappoints. The quantum surround sound will give you the surround sound experience and is the best part of the headphones. You can customize your sound experience with the app. The microphone works perfect. The headphones worked perfect with my Xbox One. This headset gives immersive gaming experience you need. Negatives: None but if nitpicking, the sound cable can be little longer. 5 |

Got it for gaming and voip/skype. I wanted headphones but not a gaming headset. Got a v-moda with it and the BoomPro does a lovely job when I'm online. Sounds crisp to the other person/players. The only thing i personally don't like, more of a pet peeve, is the diamond shape mic and controls. They looks big and clunky. You would think that a company that puts so much into the design and feel of their headphones would actually make something more streamlined, like their SpeakEasy cable. But that's just me. 5 |

It's always boggled my mind that every other gaming headset I've had, even when spending north of $200-250 on them, sounds like some $30 Skullcandy garbage from 20 years ago when it comes to sound quality. My travel headphones are a nice set of Sony WH-1000XM3 that I've had for several years now that I originally purchased around the $300 mark and I feel are my benchmark for what wireless headphones should sound like, and these are genuinely the only gaming headset I've heard that actually sound like they belong at the $300 headphone price-point. If you care about audio quality, these are probably the only gaming headphones you'll ever be satisfied with. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was looking for a headset that was diverse in gaming but that could also be used for video calling. The JBL Quantum 910X really delivered on expectations and then some! It feels high quality and durable in my hands. Not a fan of the plastic but it’s something I can get past because green is my favorite color and the accent is just French kiss. The gaming experience: While wearing the headset, I immediately noticed how comfortable and surprisingly lightweight they felt on my head and around my ears. At times I would game for 1-2 hours around 3-4 times a week and not once did they feel uncomfortable or did I feel any fatigue for wearing them which is really welcoming considering how headphones can feel overtime. When I used the Quantum 910X to for RPG, FPS or sports games, the sound effects sounded crystal clear making it an even more enjoyable gaming experience. I truly felt “in the zone”. It really makes a difference having gaming headphones. I did not test the microphone while gaming a lot because I’m more of a solo act, but when I did test them for the sole purpose of gaming, my partner said I sounded good through the microphone. The other uses experience: The Quantum 910X also helped boost my efficiency and productivity as I used them for online work meetings and video calling and whoever was on the call could hear me quite clearly. If you are looking for a headset that can perform multiple tasks, I’d highly recommend these. Feels like a call centre when I’m not gaming haha. Apart from video calls, playing music through them is also good, maybe less so than dedicated headphones for that department in my opinion but still gets a little bassy (for me) and has some good passive noise cancellation from the earcups themselves. Overall: I love them! I’ll probably use them a lot more because it got the microphone so it’s more multifunctional than normal headsets. 5 |

My kid wanted a better mic to use while gaming on his p.c. and didn't want a headset mic. He freaked out when I got him this. It improved his online interactions. With the mic volume and headphone volume plus output right on the mic I felt like we could not go wrong for the money. It came with a stand but we mounted it on a boom arm so it wouldn't be on the desktop and pick up any sympathetic vibrations. All in all, it exceeded expectations. 5 |

Really great headset! This is my first gaming headset and I love it! It’s super comfortable and the mic works great 5 |

I had to hook a headset (mic and headphones) to a Griffin iMic. The headset has a 4-pin/TRRS 3.5mm plug; the iMic has two jacks, a mic input and headphone outputs; both are 3.5mm 3-pin/TRS. This is the cord that converts it. It works. It's sturdy. I don't think about it. It's surprisingly hard to find these things, so I'm glad B&H stocks them. 5 |

I bought it to use for a unbalanced stereo mic extension. I tested it using it with headphones before putting it into service. There were no intermittent connections. Using it with the mic, there was no perceptable induced hum, unlike other cables I have. 5 |
