Legacy Studio Hd Monitor Speakers Reviews

I'm using this as a case to transport my HD Studio Monitor. The multiple layers of foam allow me to totally customize the padding for the monitor. It's very durable and has survived a couple of cross country truck rides; arriving on the jobsite intact. Considering the monitor cost over $$, the case is well worth it. 5 |

I recently purchased the Kali Lone Pine Studio Monitor V2 speakers and I am blown away by their performance. The sound quality is crystal clear and the bass response is impressive. The compact size makes them perfect for my home studio, but they pack a punch that can easily fill a larger room. The build quality is top-notch and they look great on my desk. I highly recommend the Kali Lone Pine Studio Monitor V2 speakers to anyone in need of an upgrade to their studio setup. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] At first I was worried that this monitor wouldn’t work out for me because I use a MacBook Pro (2019 intel, running macOS 14) in claim shell mode as a desktop computer. My concern was that the camera and speakers that are built into the monitor wouldn’t work. I initially had issues when I was trying to use apple’s av hub (and it never worked out for me). I now use a usb-c hub (I have ugreen hub/dongle off Amazon) and it works without any problems. The monitor only includes a DisplayPort cable, which I’m sure is fine if you’re going to use a pc, but I would have preferred an hdmi cable. The HD camera puts out a great image and the speakers, while not great, get the job done nicely. The picture quality of the monitor is good (would NOT work for gaming), it’s what you can expect from a low end 1080p ISP panel. Over all, if you’re looking for an easy to set up, inexpensive monitor and an HD webcam, I would totally recommend this to you. 5 |

It blows me away that people are giving this monitor 1 star reviews because it doesn't have speakers! You can't give a bad review on a product due to buyer incompetence. Most monitors do not have speakers.. This is a great monitor. It does exactly what I need it to do.. 5 |

I bought my K1 thinking that my Pentax/Ricoh legacy K-mount Legacy lenses would work with the new digital cameras. I was very disappointed. None of the lenses had the field resolution or color fidelity to match the capabilities of my K1. I had been very happy with my Pentax HD Pentax-D FA 24-70mm f/2.8ED SDM WR Lens, but I was still relying on legacy prime lenses for telephoto (up to 135mm). Because purchasing a new HD was a substantial investment I debated going with the f 2.8 of the f 4 telephoto zoom. B&H reviews, as always, helped me make my decision. I primarily take landscape and nature photos, most often with a tripod in conditions of low light. The weight and size of the lens was also a strong consideration as I often hike with my camera. I selected the f 4 over the f 2.8 for these reasons. The lens is amazing for my uses: bright colors and needle sharp resolution across the focus plane. This is the perfect choice for the K1 and the way I use it. 5 |

The Epson Legacy Etching is perfect for a new portfolio of artworks we are developing. The colors using HD inks and the stipple of the surface plus the great weight provide exceptional prints for us!! 5 |

I needed a monitor controller for my studio for two pairs of speakers and a couple of inputs. As much as some of the functionality of active monitor controllers appeals to me, the sound quality is first and foremost. And we all know that unless you spend $3k - $10k most active systems severely color your sound - a little more than my current budget. I wasn't sure what to expect with this affordable passive controller however, after spending a few weeks with it I can say without a doubt that it is a great addition to my studio. I hear no coloration or change to the stereo sound field. The Mute, Dim, and Mono sum functions are really handy. And the build quality feels good under your hand. My only complaint is that it would be nice if the knob travel was detented for repeatable levels. Two Big Thumbs Up! 5 |
