The Lenovo 14 slim 7 had all the features I was looking for at a great price. The Laptop has a real solid feel and appears well constructed. Was converting a little used 11.6 Lenovo laptop from windows 7 to a chrome book. I had problems getting the lenovo to recognize the usb Sandisk that I had put the Chrome recovery software on. Had read to try another brand of USB stick so I bought this Transcend 16 GB drive and the Lenovo recognized it right away. The installation went well and we kept it out of a landfill. 5 |

I have taken this bag to France and India without any problems. The trolley strap is quite useful and it has a good width to it. It fits my slim, 13 laptop nicely, and as long as you have notebooks or the camera in there, you won't have to worry about the floppiness I think some other reviewers said. It's heavy, but I can easily carry my laptop, Nikon D70 with its wide-angle lens attached, plus a zoom lens, a notebook, external hard drive, cell phone and other smaller items all at the same time. Be careful with the rain/reflective cover because if you don't secure the velcro and the snaps, you might loose it. I'm a journalist and I found its versatility quite useful over the past six months. Looking forward to using it for several years to come - well worth the investment so far. 5 |
