[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I just used this to replace an old hard drive on my old laptop and because it's solid state I was able to breathe new life into a ten year old piece of hardware! This 14 Laptop is the backbone of my studio. With an 8TB Solid State Drive I have my entire photo catalog with me at all times. I have the files backed up in numerous places, so I don't worry that everything is on a laptop. The size is great, and when I'm at my editing station it powers a 30 monitor for a nice big work area. The M2 Pro makes it speedy as can be and being a 14 machine it is is super lightweight and extremely portable. I heard the battery life was improved and I have to agree. I have worked in Lightroom for hours while traveling and never run into battery issues. 5 |
