I own a couple of Blackmagic Cinema Cameras that use micro 4/3 lenses. I have a Lumix 12 - 35 mm 2.8 which is awesome. This 40 to 150 takes me pretty far given the crop factor. It is best to use this lens on a tripod because it doesn't have IS. And it is not a fast lens, so you will be limited to well lit scenes. The good news is the price. For the money it is a great lens.

Having had quite a bit of experience adapting lenses with Sony and Blackmagic cameras, I was a bit concerned I would have issues with RF mounts wiggling as well. This is not the case with this adapter. It is super solid, I haven't had any issues with it on my RED Raptor. It's definitely a great option to get a PL mount lens on your camera.

For the Blackmagic cameras, you need to be careful which battery you use, just because it fits, does not mean it will display the percentage of battery left, like this one does.
