I've played my Les Paul thru it, my classical/electric thru it, sang thru it & listened to YouTube thru it. This EON is incredible. The 8" woofers put out ear-piercing 300 watts of sound. Plenty for any backyard party or indoor party. The settings include reverb for balancing any tone needed. Even though you can play your electric axe thru it, the EON is not designed for this. My Les Paul sounded too bright, even after adjusting the EQ settings. You can get by if you need a quick plug-in to work on a song without plugging into another amp. Each channel has its own settings. The EON is very portable & snaps together nicely in a suitcase-style fashion, making it easy to carry, set up & take down. The headphone input is nice & puts out great sound, just like the speakers. I keep the mixer & speakers apart in the bedroom for solitude practicing & listening to YouTube. Then, I just snap it all together & go. When I discovered this had Bluetooth, I was sold right there! You can play along with any song thru your mobile device. The Bluetooth does not interfere with my XViVe U2 wireless transmitter & receiver. Vocally, the sounds are awsum, too. The accompanying AKG vocal mic works brilliantly! The speakers have a 38mm pole socket for mounting onto speaker poles for maximum outreach. They're also light enough to sit on any cabinet or table. The 2 speaker cables, wall cable, AKG mic & mic cord all fit in a nice, stow-away compartment behind the mixer. Bottom line: I recommend this for any singer-songwriter, DJ, or party host. The price is worth it with the Bluetooth capability. 5 |

I vacillated over which mic I should buy to pair up with my acoustic guitar and my Fender Acoustic Junior amp. This turned out to be ideal. 5 |

I use this Century stand and Grip Arm Kit for my Paul C Buff monolights, flags, gobos, etc. The removable Turtle base makes for easy disassymbly and transport. I can't really complain about the build quality, coatings, or weight. The rubber grips on the Grip Arm handles are a nice touch, but the handles still feel a bit smaller than those on an equivalent Matthews grip arm. 5 |

I've recorded 8 releases using AKG's & though they've cut some corners on the build quality, these are still some of the best sounding, comfortable can's out there. These are my go-to can's for tracking electric guitar, bass, or anything where there isn't an open condenser mic close by. For vocals, acoustic guitar, & drums I use Shure & A-T's closed backs where headphone bleed is an issue. We'll have to wait to see if these new ones can last as long as the old ones. My only gripe so far is they don't even include a pouch to act as a dust cover. 5 |

It's better also because it has a Junior Receiver as well 5 |

For recording I tend to look for single-pattern mics that serve a specific purpose. The 240 pro records acoustic guitar very well and, perhaps due to its slightly smaller diaphragm, the guitar seems to occupy its own place in the mix without me having to screw around with the eq. Its a good solid microphone at a good price and it has its own sound which I like a lot. 5 |
