Lg Probeam Laser Projector Review
Spicy Saturday Boy | 2024-07-28 03:45:49 |
[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I own LG projector PB60G is my first and still use till today as daily watching projector in 100” size screen in dark room. I really like this projector because it very small portable but still give good picture quality. However many technology change many of other media player devices now are capable of driving higher resolution beyond what my projector capable. Then i’m looking for upgrade my projector and what i’m looking for now is ULTRA SHORT THROW 4K LASER PROJECTOR. I search through many brand there are some cheap 4k projector but not liked or laser, some Chinese UST 4k laser project but I don’t like Android OS that come with it. Now LG has HU85LA that i’m looking for and still waiting for it’s coming out. So exciting about this projector. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I bought this projector to replace an excellent Epson HD LCD projector. I was attracted to the laser light source and liked that this LG model had two separate colors which I thought would reduce the likelihood of rainbow patterns and indeed I haven't noticed these at all so far. The 4K is crisp and the picture is bright. HDR mode is very noticeable and I like the range of picture options. I use an Apple 4K TV and Xbox Series X so wasn't too interested in the onboard WebOS but its generally pretty responsive and intuitive so probably useful to have. The projected image does have a small thin light border and in super-widescreen 2.35:1 mode there are of course lighter bars at top and bottom; I'm not sure why with all the adaptive dimming technology they couldn't make it go really dark in those areas too, but projecting onto a wall with custom sprayed paint using MissisipiMan's formula in the AVSforum works really well with this projector and still looks better than the movie theater and is a big improvement over the Epson because of the 4K and laser technology, and is now useable in a brighter room. My advice is save your money on the expensive screen and splurge on this projector if you are thinking about it. I do think this technology is a generation ahead of the last and what's nice is it's also LG quality (I knew they made the best LCD IPS panels for computer displays as we have 6 of them, but now find they make really good projectors too) and really nice design and aesthetics. Switching on and off is fast and reliable and ambient noise seems quieter than anything else we have in the media room. We run a 30ft HDMI cable originally intended for 18Gbps through the ceiling and I was glad it didn't have to be replaced and meets all the XBox and Apple diagnostic tests at 4K/60Hz and 1080p/120Hz and works well with ARC sound too, even with a 3 year old receiver. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This was my first projector investment and i wanted to future proof it with a laser. While others have mentioned the lack in contrast, I've enjoyed it and am very impressed with the color, which was honestly my primary consideration because i was worried about going from a tv and excited about hdr. 5 |

The EF12 Smart Streaming Laser Projector is better than I expected. The clarity, color, video speed, sound quality and easy to setup. The projector is exactly what I have been looking to buy for years. I also purchased the carrying case and it is worth the money. I expected a cheap bag, this is very high quality. I have recommended this projector to my family and friends. I can wait for summer for outdoor movie night in the backyard. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] We recently received the LG CineBeam projector. Pre-pandemic, I used to facilitate in-person employee trainings and run around my office building with a bulky projector. The LG projector is probably six times smaller than the projector I used at that time. It’s lightweight and compact and, at the same time, creates a high-quality image. It’d be great if the manufacturer also provided a travel case. There are multiple picture settings, including “cinema” and “vivid.” It’s perfect for movie nights in our backyard! We got a 100-inch projector screen and created our own outdoor movie theater. We were a little disappointed with the sound volume and ended up using an external speaker. The projector is Wi-Fi connected and was pretty easy to set up. The integrated streaming apps, unfortunately, do not include Netflix, but we can always mirror content from our phone or tablet. Overall, we’re very happy with our LG CineBeam PF510Q projector and look forward to our next movie night under the stars. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] This LG PF510Q is not like the old projectors you need to hang from the ceiling or had in school. LG gives you a powerful projector in a tiny, portable package. I was pleasantly surprised at the clear picture. The hardest part of the setup was hanging the screen. The picture can be sized up to around 120 inches without distortion. We were able to move the projector from inside to outside and because it is so small, it was easy to set up. This is a must have for picnics, parties, and movies under the stars. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Bought this for our new dedicated home theater, and I’m so glad we decided to go with the HU710PW. Mounting/setting it up is super easy with the lens shift. The extensive picture settings make dialing in a great picture pretty easy; I just looked at some projector review websites and started from their calibration settings then fine tuned it. It’s an amazing picture. We have an LG OLED TV, and while the picture isn’t the same quality, we didn’t expect it to be, and it’s still incredible and a very immersive experience. LG magic remotes are great (even though I use apps on the phone to control the receiver and NVIDIA shield I have attached so I don’t use it). All in all, from all the projectors I looked at through extensive research before making this purchase, I can’t imagine I would have gotten a better projector for the price I paid for this one. Highly recommend! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] The LG CineBeam PF510Q projector is small, but mighty! The portable size, dual HDMI ports, Bluetooth sound and simple remote make this an easy go-to decision for indoor and outdoor movie nights. The step-by-step one-time setup will have you up and going in just a few minutes. Plus the preloaded streaming platforms make entertaining your family and friends simple with a variety of options for all audiences. I highly recommend this projector for the convenience and crisp picture. Enjoy your own cinema at home with the LG CineBeam projector! 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I am ready to get that projector in my house. I have looked for months to get the right deal between quality and affordability. Based on what I can see LG prices well it’s projector and it won’t break the bank. Have you seen the specs? They looks amazing and I can’t wait for a release date. I was about to spend 5K on a Sony regular projector and it would have required some change to the room et . But with this LG Short throw my room is ready and I won’t need to remove the chandelier... please provide a release date ASAP! 5 |
