This dry cabinet works perfectly well. I like the Red Mahogany look a lot. The only regret I have is that I didn't get a bigger version because I already ran out of room. The shelves work great and being able to change where the shelves are located is huge. The dry cabinet starts removing moisture as soon as you close the door. There are only two cons: 1. If you lock the door, you can still pull on it and it opens slights before the lock blocks it. I wish the lock blocked you from opening it at all. 2. The humidity increases really fast if you have the door open for longer than 30 seconds. This is probably not something a dry cabinet can prevent though and is just natural in high humidity areas. 5 |

This came packaged in a cardboard box surrounded by wood braces, very nice. I have purchased other brands that always come in damaged, not this one. The metal is thicker than the other brands I have. The shelves are adjustable, they slide out for convenience. Lots of Room. If you fill up the shelves you can fit a LOT of stuff in this. I put a digital hygrometer in to check the accuracy and the unit was within 1 or 2 percent. OK, things that could be better. The keys must stay in the door when it is open, you cannot set the door to unlocked and take out the key. The light is very small and only lights up the front of top shelf in each section. The shelves are sturdy, but plastic. The thermometer only shows Celsius, you cannot change it to Fahrenheit. All in all, I am very happy with this unit. It beats my other cabinets by a long shot. When I need another, I am buying another one of these. 5 |
