Lg Refrigerator Motor Loud

I love this camera! This is my first DSLR camera and I find it very easy to use. I selected the Pentax K-x over the other brands because I found the controls and handling to be easier for me. The built in filters in the camera are a blast and I have used them with very good success! I even used the water color filter on a photo that I then had blown up to a poster and it is fantastic! The only issue that I seem to be running into is the HDR function and getting the images to come out right. However, I believe this to be error on my part and not the camera. The two lenses are great and I have crisp, vivid pictures. Videos have been good as well, although I haven't used that function very much. My night photos come out very well and I have very little noise at higher ISO's which I find amazing. The autofocus motor is a bit loud but not loud enough to be a negative (the motor noise made my mom jump when she tried using it for the first time, very funny!) I purchased NiZn rechargeable batteris (from B&H) to use and so far I have gotten 1000+ pictures on the first charge, and the camera still says the batteries are full. BTW- NiZn batteries are environmentally friendly and that is why I chose them. I highly recommend this camera for anyone, especially a first time DSLR user.

Once you catch onto how the center rail work and read instructions carefully it work great yes the is motor is loud but it still does the job

Exceptionally pleased with the tack sharp focus and sturdy build. Motor is loud that is ok, now I’m researching the test of time because I’ve had it less than a month. Very happy from a guy who before only bought brand name lens. The price made it worth the gamble for a 1.4 so far blown away by the quality.

I don't think you can find a better lens out there for the price. Sure, the AF motor is loud but if you're like me and don't rely on AF then it's not a worry. I pair it with my Canon C300 Mark ii and the lens is incredibly sharp and beautiful. The 1.8 aperture is amazing.

This is my new walking around lens. It's very versatile and lightweight. The only bad thing I can say about it is the loud motor, but I don't mind that. So I guess I'm saying, Get this lens!

I use this on my boat and it is loud and clear enough to hear over the motor but it would be better if the volume buttons were reversed, i.e.up on letdown on right

Have a high end refrigerator that is plug in into it, so far so good!

Strong enough to hold up a refrigerator, I think. Fits perfectly, of course.
