I bought this in the UK and it arrived faster than it would have through a UK service - impressive. I've used EyeDirects on quite a few shoots and often find I can't get them for a reasonable price when renting. This is an elegant solution to that space in the market. Instructions could be far far clearer. There is a video you can follow online that will get you through, but marking up the pieces would have been appreciated. I wish then when constructed you could fold it into a square for transportation. V2 perhaps. As it is, you really have to take it completely apart to travel with it, otherwise, like its big brother, It is an awkward shape and size; about 45cm x 23cm x 20cm. However - that's not me complaining, I just wish it had that extra element of portability when constructed. For the price, speed of delivery, ability to break it down into a laptop case (which is included) and being a unique solution to a very common problem - 5 stars. 5 |

Give a longer shooting duration with the high battery consumption of R5. A useful addition it allows 2 LP-E6NH batteries to be charged via USB C with appropriate charger. 5 |
