I've had an EcoBee thermostat now for 4+ years, added room and door sensors and all works great. Initially early sensors were crap but new ones (bigger & better range) work much better. We also added door & window sensors. Now Ecobee & Generac merged and we monitor our generator from thermostat.

I finally decided to enter the Alexa world. My air conditioner broke, so I had the guy install the Ecobee. Looks great on the wall. Life is so much easier. I installed a sensor on my balcony door so I'm no longer paying for my kids leaving the door open. I love the text when the door is open. I have a sensor in the family area, so the condo is consistently the same temperature. I don't fiddle with the thermostat due to the Ecobee features. Telling Alexa to change the "AC" is so simple when I actually need to change the thermostat.

We moved into new house that has an ecobee thermostat and decided to rig the house with all their gagerts. We have door and window sensors, two thermostat, three room sensors, and the camera. Easy to set up and works great with Alexa for ease of use. We are now about to buy another camera for the back patio pool area. We would recommend it to others.

This is my third set of these sensors. They are super simple to setup and their battery life is very good. The sensors connect to your Ecobee thermostat so you must have one of those for these to function. I subscribe to Ecobee's basic security plan and with that you get the added feature of these sensors telling the thermostat that a window/door has been left open and the thermostat will not run the HVAC to save energy until the window/door is closed. Don't worry, this is all configurable with which SmartSensor(s) will trigger the HVAC shutdown. I would like to add one more small remark. There are many options when shopping for smart home products like the Ecobee smart thermostat and these sensors. The one thing that sets Ecobee apart is the fact that they just work. I've never had to tend to them after we've lost power or the internet goes down. When our service is back online, so is Ecobee. It's refreshing when a company puts as much quality and attention to detail into their software as they do their hardware. I have nothing but good things to say about Ecobee and their smart devices. It's refreshing when smart devices just work.

I’ve been using this product for several weeks now. As a sensor for our smart thermostat, it’s awesome. If the door/window is open for more than 5 minutes, it deactivated the central air so that we don’t waste energy. I’ll be looking to pick up another set for other doors and windows in the house.

I waited for Nest to develop the Hello Door Bell and I am not disappointed. I have had the Nest Thermostat for 3 years and absolutely loved it. The app works great and is very intuitive to use and having the Door bell on the same apt was a must for me. Now that i have the HELLO I am very pleased. The installation was easy ( did it myself) and i would highly recommend the two products that I have.

The best Door bell/ video and thermostat and they are great and I would buy another one in a minute, they both work like they were supposed to. Was gone this afternoon and there was no one home a delivery person drop by and I saw everything good stuff. I really recommend these products.

Have a high end refrigerator that is plug in into it, so far so good!
