Light Painting Ideas Photography

I went to a night photography workshop and they promoted this for light painting. I enjoyed using it and picked up one for myself.

I teach cave photography workshops. We use these for Light Painting and they are amazing. I have also used them for fill light on video shoots. They are solid, have great ease of adjustment (you can change adjustments from fine to quick using the dial) I bought one and was dubious when I ordered. Ordered two more the day after I got it in.

Light painting and portraits.

I have seen this light mentioned in articles about light painting in photography and as that is something I want to learn, I decided to go ahead and buy this light. It really exceeded my expectations. VERY bright and by sliding the head forward and rearward it is easy to control the light pattern. Power output can also be set at 3 different levels. I'm very satisfied with this light.

This works great as an off-camera, low level light (10% power) for night photography instead of light painting. Being able to adjust the white balance helps control the mood of the shot too. Only very minor issue is I have to unscrew the ballhead to put on/take off the diffuser.

I like to do creative photography, and this thing comes it handy while shooting light painting. Great stabilization, steady and firm, its weight gives it a solid feeling. If the monopod extended all the way, it isn't very firm but for the price you paid I would still say it is worth getting it.

I use this for light painting photography and anything else that would require it. It works just like the Canon remote, expect the branding and design. Just because it's cheaper doesn't necessarily mean that its not good, it is! It does the job at a much cheaper price and the length of the cord is good too! It does exactly what it was made to do.

This is a great little LED light, I bought it for painting with light photography. It is one of 3 lites I use for creating photography at night. I am very happy with the quality and the amount of light it produces.

I use as part of my photo equipment. it is really bright. I use the blue and red light for painting photography (long exposure).
