When I purchased my MacBook Pro 2016 model from B&H a review indicated that they recommended a HyperDrive Hub. I took their advice and I should add that is almost a necessity. I use USB.3 mouse and a USB.3 external portable hard drive and there are no USB.3 ports on the MacBook Pro 2016. The other 5 ports are great as well. Best decision I made. 5 |

Got a new Tesla and I noticed that certain events were not being recorded by the dashcam or Sentry mode. After researching online, it seems to be a problem with the slow performance of the included USB flash drive from Tesla. Got the Lexar SL600 1TB External SSD and so far so good. Videos are loading faster when I check the recorded events and haven't noticed any missed events yet. It was also nice that the drive came bundled with two cables, a usb c to c and a usb c to a cable. Would have been nice if the cable was shorter but I'm just nitpicking since I'm sure the intended use wasn't for it to be stuffed inside a Tesla glovebox. 5 |

A few days after obtaining the charging cable we went to Mexico and my boost cable worked perfect. I had no issues with charging my iPhone and the charge was unbelievably quick. I left my device was properly protected and the cable length is great. Having owned a LOT of media players over the years, the latest was a Minix 4K player. It was great until the Shield arrived. The Shield is lightning fast at everything. The game streaming is the added bonus. Add Kodi to the mix and anything 4K plays on this device. I've only had it about a week or so but I think this will be the best media center for a LONG time. I'm yet to try other features but what I have tried is amazing. Even the gaming is great. If you need a media player that is lightning fast then this is the one you need. It is super small (the 16gb model) I went for the 16gb model (as you can add external storage if needed, all my data is on a Synology NAS) 5 |
