Needless to say, lightning does take out cable modems even on a surge protector. Mine would not work after being fried so I bought the same brand only to have the model not in working order when it arrived. I saw that I already had a NETGEAR router so decided to make it a pair with the cable modem. Have had no problems since installation. Only wish that the owners manual would be included in the box. 5 |

As soon as I bought this I accidentally got sunscreen on it, didn't damage my lens. Then a dog licked my lens protector while taking a photo, again didn't damage my lens. It just works, when you least suspect. 5 |
