I also ordered Apple Lightning to SD Card Camera Reader, which allows me to put an SD card from point and shoot Canon, Kodak, and Panasonic cameras in so I can import photos easily onto my iPad. Apple Lightning to USB 3.0 Type-A Camera Adapter allows me to add small Thumbdrives / Flashdrives to add storage. In truth the Apple Lightning to USB 3.0 Type-A Camera Adapter is currently unnecessary for me, as I just deleted whatever I don't need on the iPad. There is enough native storage for basic Apps, editing, and writing!! 5 |

The ProGrade Digital Dual-Slot CFAST and SD Reader is a fantastic product. Presently, I am filming 16 short narrative scenes for SUNY Purchase College's Senior BFA Acting program. We're shooting BRAW 12:1 along with a 3D LUT onto CFAST cards and the sound recorded to SD cards. The ProGrade Digital Dual-Slot reader saves us time by allowing us to transfer (CheckSum) CFAST and SD content simultaneously to our media drives. This dual card reader is AWESOME! I got the Lexar Professional CF Express Type B Reader after not being happy with the ProGrade CF Express Type B reader. The Lexar gets mildly warm, the ProGrade gets extremely hot. The Lexar is faster than the ProGrade. I use a USB-c to USB-c cord. The Lexar does not have an SD slot like the ProGrade. I have a Lexar USB 3.0 reader for SD and my old CF cards. I highly recommend the Lexar Professional CF Express Type B Reader. I suggest avoiding the ProGrade reader 5 |
