Finding the right cable these days for me has been a challenge but this Belkin International - BOOST↑CHARGE™ Lightning to USB-A Cable is sturdy, the heads fit the charging ports with no force.

This case protects my iPod when it is not in use. It holds the ear buds, the iPod and the USB cable in compact waterproof case. It can be clipped to the belt or a strap.

Even though it has a optical digital output, No optical cable was included. I had this for about 3 months now and I can say that I'm really impressed with it and wouldn't hesitate to buy any of their products. I would recommend this to anybody looking for a high quality Bluetooth receiver.
