WD portable drive fits well. It has sufficient space to store the USB3 cable as well. 5 |

Have you ever thought, I just want some nice, long USB3 Type A-to-C cables? These are them. Comes with a velcro cable tie and has a nice woven fabric outer liner. 5 |

I have been using the docking station for about 3 weeks. tried both the e-sata connection and the USB3 cable. I using the device as a storage point for system backup. The read write speed is nearly twice the speed for the usb3 is nearly twice the spe3ed of the e-sata connection. I have not experienced issues with the HDD failing to register with the OS. the docking station has been highly reliable. 5 |

I bought this to run a second monitor using the USB3 port. My MacBook Air runs the latest Monterey 12.3.1. Once all was plugged in, which was all of 3 cables, plugged in the Power, the USB cable and an HDMI cable, I simply downloaded the drivers for the Mac 12.x and installed. Once the security permissions were granted the 2nd monitor sprang into life. One small issues (not much of an inconvenience), when I boot the laptop from cold I do have to run the DisplayLink Manager app for the second monitor to work. Like I said not really an inconvenience a I added the app icon to the taskbar. 5 |

I take this SSD and a SATA-USB3 cable with me when I'm working on ongoing photo projects on rother computers. It copies and transfers large (100-200MB) files quickly -- ~40MB/s. So far, no problems....more $$ but much more stable than spinning drives. I'm sure larger capacity drives will continue to come down in price to the point where spinning drives will become obsolete. 5 |

The USB3.x port would interfere with the wireless keyboard/mouse signals if it's plug next to the USB3.0 ports, but it's how all PC/laptop designed nowadays (USB2.x ports next to USB3.x ports). Thus the mouse and keyboard sometimes acting weird. So solve the issue, it's suggested to separate wireless keyboard/mouse connector away from USB3.0 port, and this cable is the answer to it. It's a well made cable, and it's long enough to keep the connector far far far away from any USB3.0 ports. I have not experience any mouse/keyboard malfunction ever since. 5 |

I use many of these usb3 hhd for years, essentials, old passports, new passports, 1TB, 5TB and lots of 4TB padports. Like all hdd, they need surge of electrical power to startup, and a good USB port and cable. Occasionally the really old ones need two or three attempts at spinning up and initialize. The passports have always been solid performers. Knock on wood, no data losses. WD drive utilities are fine, but their backup software is horrrrrible. The drive itself and supplied cable is very good. 5 |

This backlighted keyboard is what I have always wanted in my years editing in dark suites! The keyboard is not lightweight and stays where you put it. It has helped me tremendously in my switch to DaVinci Resolve faster than a "cheat sheet". While I understand that using USB type A connections is probably the most universal thing in an era of changing technology, I am a bit perplexed by it having a USB2 and a USB3 plug in one cable versus one USB3 and an internal hub in the keyboard? All in all, the cable is sturdy and should last for years of hard work. Since I already have the Blackmagic Speed Editor, this keyboard seems like a more logical choice than the BM for the dedicated keys and of course I have a Jog wheel and additional buttons for editing. It looks great sitting on the desk and lends itself to the professional image that I want to project to my clients. 5 |

Bought a USB3 hub that came with a cable too short given where I needed to place the hub. This cable replaced it. Sturdy well built cable at a great price. 5 |
