Limitations Of Quickbooks Online

The features are almost mind-boggling. Performs two-sided scanning if needed, and the scan speed is the fastest I've ever encountered. Scan quality is excellent, even for color. The user-friendly software allows me to review each document or receipt before saving or exporting, so if I need to make adjustments I know right away. I use Quickbooks desktop version for accounting and had no trouble at all identifying fields and info I wanted to save and export. Should work equally well for Quickbooks online version. Being able to export as a "searchable PDF" is a big plus. It can also save documents as Word file or Excel spreadsheet data or even Powerpoint (Windows version). It even scans business cards. That's versatility not found in run-of-the-mill scanners. Yes, it's a bit pricey, but worth every penny if it saves time and frustration over manual recordkeeping and document retention. Setup was a breeze right out of the box and it has a very small footprint. It can be used either wired or wireless, with the ability to send scans to email or a smartphone. This thing does it all. I'm definitely impressed and will be recommending it to friends and family. My nephew is a farmer and my neighbor is a truck driver, and both professions require extensive recordkeeping. I'm sure that once they've tried this scanner the benefits will be obvious, especially to their wives who do all the accounting! For its price, it does the job right and as expected within the limitations of its size.

This is a great PO, it has some limitations but it's definitely a very flexible machine.

After purchasing a bluetti and realizing the limitations, I sold it and bought one of these. Glad I did, so much better in every way.

I tried a monopod...lightweight and relatively easy to use but with some limitations. I decided to go back to a regular tripod for my next journey. But many of the lightweight models seemed flimsy. After some research I settled on the globe trotter carbon fiber travel tripod. While very light it also has some substance to it. Folds very small for packing and sets up quickly when you're ready to go. GREAT tripod.

I have a IR remote which works great but it has limitations vs this that allows you to work with much more freedom and much much more distance
