Linksys Bluetooth Usb Adapter Software Download

I purchased the following to replace 2 consumer grade routers. I have a Linksys WRT54G that is probably 10 years old. It was running the dd-wrt software. It's been great, but I figured it was time to upgrade. I purchased a Linksys� Max-Stream AC2200 first. It wasn't good. It needed frequent power bounces and on one occasion it completely lost the configuration. Its wireless interface was failing all the time. Very sad for $200. I returned it and reinstalled the 54G. I stumbled upon Ubiquiti and glad I did. Setup wasn't difficult, but I'm an IT guy. After a couple of hours, everything is working fine. I expect that to continue. I'll let you know if otherwise. Range of this AP is much better. I have a 2400 sq ft house on 2 levels and this covers the entire house. It reaches out to the front yard and the Linksys never did. I purchased a console cable from Amazon. Nice keyboard. Has a shelf that you can rest a tablet in if you want. Has bluetooth flow. Also can connect to 3 different bluetooth devices. **Note: Make sure to download Logitech Options, you can just sign into it with Google if you want. There is extra functionality to this keyboard with Logittech Options software. It only takes a few minutes to download it. It is also useful with the Logitech mouse. Note: The Function Lock is in Logitech Options software that you download.

Very pleased with this purchase. The download of the software to mate the product with my PCs was smooth and incident free. The PCs identified the product and began using it immediately. The transportability of the adapter has been perfect with my moving the adapter from one PC to another. It has performed flawlessly on video calls, web connections and music streaming. I have never had problems with my bluetooth, I got full blue tooth connection throughout my house even with my little Soundpeats q30 plus. This wifi adapter is faster than our ethernet, which makes 0 sense but even with a cat 5 cable, I get around 200mbps while I get around 130 with the ethernet. It really is hassle-less. So if you have a spare PCI-E slot, this is a really good budget wifi adapter. (Also you don't need an optical drive for the software disc, just go to the website on the disk or look up the software for the adapter and port it onto your pc with a USB. Though, my computer didn't even need the software)

Use MS drivers not those provided and this will be a great bluetooth adapter. The software provided is fraught with many problems. Do not load their software. It won't work properly and be limited in speed. Their tech support does not help any either if you have software difficulties. Use their SW at your own risk.
