I downloaded the cell app and you connect via bluetooth or wifi and you enter you stream codes and off you go. You can record to a flash drive and select different resolution for the stream feed and the recording. Once set up just hit the live button. You can also stream using your cell phone data. Only thing that is an issue - it dose not have a battery supply, you need mains power.

This Cell Phone Mount was bought for my Wife. She watches videos on her cell phone often and I thought this was a better idea than leaning her phone against a bottle of ketchup or loaf of bread. The mount had a slight hangup when I first tried it out but seems to work fine now. The threads in the plastic parts are actually brass inserts that are moulded in place so they will probably hold up a lot longer than plain plastic would. The plastic is well moulded and seems to be pretty good quality. In theory, the mount will stand up without a tripod, but it isn't stable.
