Lithium Batteries For Digital Cameras

I have used Watson lithium rechargeable batteries for years in Nikon, Fujifilm and Pentax cameras. No problems with battery life, recharging or performance.

This is how lithium batteries for cameras should be done. It's not too big or heavy, and has some intelligence so you get a decent warning before it dies. Bought separately it comes in a really nice little snap close plastic box to protect it. However, the best part is that Sony uses it in many different cameras (unlike their competitors who seem to have the battery of the month club). My HX80 and RX100 both use this cell. I do use the external Sony charger; which is much quicker than using a UPS supply and charging it in the camera. On travel, I only need one charger for both cameras.

I generally will have two brand-name batteries and several Watson batteries for my digital devices, primarily cameras. Watsons give me about 90% of the manufacturer's capabilities at about 50% of the price. They may not last as long as OEM batteries but you can't beat the price.

Backup batteries for all the digital cameras in my household. Rechargeables are very economical, but I make sure to always have some of these around, just in case someone forgot to recharge the NiMHs, or the (two) sets that I always carry with the cameras just ran out of juice...

I already had two of the Nikon EN-EL15c Rechargeable Lithium-Ion Batteries, but I recently purchased the Nikon MB-N11 Power Battery Pack with Vertical Grip for my Z7ii which takes two of the EN-EL15c batteries, so having a spare made sense to me. I also own several EN-EL15 batteries for my D850 and have experience zero problems with Nikon batteries.

Like the ability to change 2 batteries at the same time and keep them together. Thinking about getting another for my other two Lithium Ion batteries.
