The toner is easy to install and lasts a long time. The old cartridges are recyclable (free return to HP with included packaging. This saves our environment!). I really like this feature. 5 |

I did something stupid and crashed the Mavic 3 Pro into a tree. It still flew but two of the props were shredded and the camera gimble was busted. With the contract, total cost to get a replacement was $159. It came in a shrink-wrapped box and looks new. If it is refurbished, you can't tell. The longest part of the process was the slow shipping to DJI in Texas with the label they provided, which took almost a week. Return service was only two days. 5 |

A bit of a learning curve when using the XProN controller, but these guys work well. I recommend non-recyclable batteries though. My tests show they are much more reliable than recycles (though I hate to admit it). 5 |
