Logitech Bluetooth Mouse Connected But Not Working

I have a Logitech MX Keys Mini, and when connected via Bluetooth to my MacBook Pro, I experienced many communication issues. With this accessory, it works perfectly!

The Logitech M310 Wireless Mouse instantly connects when turned on and stays connected with no dropouts for hours of use.

Connected right away with dongle. Installed Logitech Options and used that to help connect second system with a second dongle. Both working well with a simple key switch.

You can connect up to 3 devices. One by dongle and two by Bluetooth. I have yet to use the dongle, but the Bluetooth connected ridiculously fast and stayed connected with no issues. I’ve used this with regular internet browsing, and general computer use. I also tried with a Steam video game and there was no lag or anything. I really like the fact that this keeps your hand/wrist in a neutral position. Very happy to have this added to my laptop accessories and recommend to anyone.

It can be connected by Bluetooth to your device or there is a usb piece that you can plug into your computer and connect it that way. It runs on a single triple A battery that’s supposed to last up to a year. It is so simple to connect and use.

This mouse has been great so far. I've only used the bluetooth mode so I don't have to deal with the dongle, and so far the mouse has connected nearly instantly when I turn it on or the computer comes out of sleep which is great.

I got this for my husband's older computer that doesn't have bluetooth. The old mouse and usb key were no longer working. Once I realized that the usb key was inside by the battery we were good to go. It's working great and if he's happy, I'm happy. Thank you B&H for having accessories for older computers.

The cursor on my old wireless mouse was jumping around the screen after I purchased my new laptop, but this one with Bluetooth is working like a charm. It's smooth and there is no interference with the Logitech keyboard receiver (for an external monitor) and other items that are plugged into a multiport hub. This MX Anywhere Mouse is easy to charge, even while using it, as the port is at the front rather than on the bottom of the mouse, and the charging cable connects directly to my new MacBook Pro M1 laptop.

The Logitech software is a real plus, so I can experiment with lights while not connected.
