Logitech C925E Camera Not Ready

The Logitech C925e is an easy 'plug in and use' camera with excellent resolution and sound transmission. Note, it has a wide field of view.

I did quite a bit of shopping before I settled on the Logitech C925e. It seems to have just the right combination of advanced features to last me several years. The best way to tell on a PC what kind of picture you're getting is with the Microsoft Camera app. Most streaming apps have some limit on the quality of image that they use to stream with, so you can't judge this webcam by what you see in one of those apps. I did some tweaking of the settings, and I'm really happy with what I'm getting from it. Also love the built-in lens cover that didn't have to be attached like an add-on. Now I'm good to go for the remainder of my computer's useful life and probably the next one as well.

Received my Logitech's C925e and set up was a wiz and quick. Performance for my Zoom Meetings is wonderful.

I selected the C925e because it was one of the few Logitech webcams that specifically mentioned that it supported Linux, and I was not disappointed! I am running Linux Mint 21.1 and I just plugged in the Webcam and it immediately worked. Camera is crisp and sharp, microphone quality is good, and it clips to the top of my Dell monitor without a problem.

I was ready to scrap my computer because its webcam wasn't work. However, I purchased this Logitech webcam, and now everything is working great!

The C925e provides HD 1080p video for Zoom meetings at a reasonable price. Appearance-wise, its flat shape sits closer to the computer monitor than most cameras, and it has a matte black finish with a single word logo. These features minimize eye distraction when looking at your computer screen.

The C925e is a great business webcam. It looks slick in all-black, and the logo on the front is not too flashy. The built-in privacy shutter is a brilliant silver, so it's easy to tell when it's locked in place. The quality of the webcam is plenty for Zoom, Google Meets, Skype, etc.

I am in several different meetings through out the day and the lighting conditions change in my home office throughout the day. The C925e handles all of the different conditions to present a clear and crisp video. Performance is awesome and software installation to get the zoom feature was effortless. While my old webcam was getting the job done, this really is a step up! I am yet to encounter a downside, all though I am not trying to use the C925e to broadcast or stream so I can't speak to its capabilities for those uses. Great product at a great price!
