I use this headset in a call center and it is so lightweight I don't notice I have it on even after 10 hr shifts. I have been working in the telecommunications industry for 27 years and I can say this is my favorite. At each job I have had over the years I have always brought my own headset with me since most businesses do not provide StarSets. My older StarSet had a heavier connect cord and was always in the way, this model has a lighter cord and it doesn't kink up like the last one I had. I would recommend this model to anyone who spends a lot of time on calls. This is the next best thing to being cordless. 5 |

This is one of the best Headset that Logitech has created. B&H had this headset on sale and I just had to buy them. I am glad I did and I like the sound quality and the mic is very responsive. You cannot go wrong if you are a game like me. 5 |

Like many others, because of Covid-19 I had to wait months to get a Logitech webcam. When it arrived it exceeded my expectations. Its picture is very sharp and shows colors accurately. The autofocus works well -- on the first Zoom call I made, the others on the call were saying that they could now see the photographs on the mantelpiece six feet behind me (I had previously been using the built-in camera in my desktop Mac). Setup was a breeze. This camera has a tab that I can slide in front of the lens to block any attempt to take control of my computer to use the camera to spy on me. I keep it with that slide closed and open it only for calls. A very nice touch. 5 |

This is an absolutely solid headset. Audio and microphone both sound great. The dock has connectivity via USB for computer such as softphone/ teams/ zoom, connectivity via bluetooth for any variety of devices, and connectivity via the EHS cable which adapts for my desk phone. Switching between the applications works great and the call waiting tone isn't intrusive. I use the binaural model which gives me better focus while on a call. The range of the headset is also very good where I can walk around the entire office without dropping conection. 5 |

Wanted an upgraded experience while working remotely with MS Teams and this headset is it. The fit is very comfortable, I wear glasses and find the headset perfect without any aches or rubbing. The buttons seem well placed though I tend to use the keyboard controls. Setup was trivial. The in ear notifications and chirps nicely keep you informed, from the battery life to what device is ringing. It reports 6 hours battery life at the start of each day and I generally make it through. The docking station is a nice touch. The biggest boon is the multi-device support. I have two phones and two laptops synced through Bluetooth and it seamlessly migrates between them. It lets you know when you walk out of range, and connects automatically when back again - for each device. While being on a Teams call it will inform if my phone starts ringing and I can chose whether to accept or ignore it. There was a snafu moment when it failed to (re)connect to my laptop for some unknown reason. A power off/on and I was back on my call again within half a minute, it is very quick to connect. Did a lot of research before buying, and it was between Plantronics Voyager 5200 UC and the Sennheiser PRESENCE. For me, the Voyager works perfectly. 5 |

I was very pleased with this headset. It's very light and the sound is crystal clear. I had to attached my handset to the Jabra base unit, so it's not as well integrated with my phone. I bought the GN1000 to lift the handset so I could answer or hangup. That works great but an extra cost. I was also able to connect my cell phone to the headset as well. It's tricky when your on a landline call and then answer a cell phone call, but it handles switching to the other phone. 5 |

For great sound quality as well as a good build quality, I could always count on Logitech products and this mono headset was no exception. Clear sound, comfortable earpiece and a handy control center for volume/muting/hangup. These headsets were sold out elsewhere but B&H had them in stock and shipped them quickly. 5 |
