Logitech Camera C920 Mono Or Stereo

Logitech has a very standard useful webcam with the C920 lineup.

Purchased for use with our Logitech C920. Nice length to give us a wide variety of options.

Lately there has been a wave of 1080p webcams which are basically similar to the well known C920 by Logitech. This aoni A20 has the essentials: a glass lens for crisp images, auto-focus so you can move around a bit or show a closeup of an item, auto white balance for bright-to-dim lighting, and a microphone that picks up voices clearly at up to about 10 feet away. Other cameras may have a wider field of view, but do you need or want your audience to see everything in your room on both sides of you?

I use this lens for video conferencing. I modified some Logitech C920 cameras with a CS mount + switchable IR filter. It works great.

The Logitech C920 is legendary as far as webcams go, and the C920e does not disappoint! Easy hook up, autofocus, great picture, great sound, and if you want to tweak the picture it has about all the adjustments you'd ever need/want! Highly recommend this camera.

Love Logitech webcams. This one is no exception. I've been using a C920 for years. This webcam is an upgrade, albeit very slight. I love the built in privacy shield. I use an external mic so I can't comment on that but all in all i highly recommend this webcam even at full price.

fits an Audio-Technica AT8024 Stereo/Mono Camera-Mount Microphone with foam windscreen and separate AA rechargeable battery perfectly, padding is good for my use, Audio-Technica logo on pouch on mine is gray not red as in B&H's photo (prefer that, more subtle)

Wasn't sure how it would work with my Canon SL3 DSLR, since it's a mono mic and the camera is looking for stereo. When I plugged the mic in directly to my camera and shot video, audio was only recorded by the camera on the left channel. So, I inserted a mono-to-stereo adapter (TS jack with a TRS plug) in between the mic and the camera, and then the audio from the mic was recorded on both the left and right channels. Problem solved. Love the long cable included with the mic, as well as the holders for a boom or a camera mount. Audio quality seems fine, at least for casual video recording. Great solution, just what I was looking for.

I use this for my camera stereo recording setup. I don't like mono (boring) sound. this is, to me, the best there is in the market to deliver excellent stereo sound for camera in a small package that can be easily mounted on my camera.
