Works great with logitech camera.

Needed to update my camera's firmware. after a chat with BandH expert I bought this cable.

I had an old Fuji digital camera for years. We never had the charger. I was able to video chat with BH an they got me exactly what I need. Works perfectly !!!! Going to BH for everything

Needed a new heavy weight camera strap for a new longer lens for my Canon. The B & H chat rep recommended this one. I had already researched on my own and found the same outcome so immediately ordered it. It was as expected and works well for my needs. I am an older female so the strap padding and allowance for adjustments works for me. I would recommend for anyone needing something other than the strap which comes with their camera.

I am very pleased with my purchase and love how easy the auto setting is! While I’m learning it really helps to still be able to take quality photos and each setting and option has an explanation. I still have a lot to learn but having the support and guidance in getting started has made my experience a 5 star for sure!! My camera also arrived quickly and was packaged well. I will recommend B&H to anyone looking to purchase a camera.

I need to file a claim due to my Kase filter being damaged when my camera dropped. The filing of the claim was easy. I had 2 questions and the online chat feature was available at 8pm ET so got my questions answered quickly. The claim was approved in 15 minutes. Easy to navigate thru the online screens and the online chat was very helpful and quick to answer all follow-up questions.

I needed a new lens cover for my camera. I didn't know which size I needed. The Online instant chat feature came in handy. The Customer Service Rep knew exactly what I needed. It arrived in a timely manner and now my camera is protected! Would use this company for supplies again.
