First off. thank god there is a left handed mouse that is of good quality. I mainly use a apple trackpad for most of my creative work but for my 3d apps I needed a mouse and this was it. I was going to buy the Logitech mx master mouse but it was right-handed . The CadMouse Pro is comfy and has great features and tons of custom buttons. But on the Mac the software had one or two bugs. for example when I tried to save the mouse config the software just would quit and if I export my setting to a another computer it wouldn't load properly. Now, on my bootcamp windows 10 partition it works better. So besides some software things as a mouse it is great. Logitech should wake up there are lot of artist that are left-handed. So kudos to 3dconnexion for thinking of us!!! 5 |

Been using it for over a week. It has been great for FPS gaming: just the right amount of friction and my mouse (Logitech G502 LIGHTSPEED) slides beautifully. The size should be enough when you set your mouse to low DPS and need to turn wide angles. 5 |

My previous mouse was also a logitech gaming mouse (MX 518) which I owned for about 10 years - finally it needed to be replaced because it kept disconnecting intermittently. It was my favorite mouse because it felt very “smooth” and easy to use. So I replaced it with this mouse because the online reviews kept saying this was pretty much the default choice for a great gaming mouse. No regrets - it feels very nice so far, and I expect I’ll get many years out of it based upon my previous experiences with Logitech gaming mice, and from what I’ve heard of other long-time owners of this mouse 5 |

I love this mouse so much. I was using a Logitech before but it was so small and narrow this is perfect. 5 |

The Logitech software is a real plus, so I can experiment with lights while not connected. 5 |

I bought this mouse as a secondary mouse for my new gaming laptop. I already had a ROG Gladius ll origin for my desktop which I love. I've had it for a year or so and despite liking it so much the rubber on the left side is beginning to wear and scrape off unfortunately. Not sure why but maybe do to skin oil. Idk It's still a 12000 dpi with 1000hz pulling rate which Is nice. The main difference with the core model is its 6400 dpi I belive as well as 1000hz polling rate. In case your wandering 6400dpi is plenty. No need for 12000 One thing I like better about the core is its dpi button below the mouse scroll wheel allows for 4 different dpi settings where as the origin only allows for 2. Also it has minimal rubber on the sides. However the origin does have a little more RGB on the bottom ish of the mouse which is cool for display but while using the mouse you don't really see it. Overall I love them both. Its great ofr palm ussrs which is what i wanted. I would probably recommend the core unless you need the higher dpi for some reason. 5 |

I was a little apprehensive about spending this much for a mouse. Knowing that B&H has a great return policy, I decided to try it. This thing is really cool. I like it. The mouse is that 6-inch tube on the front edge. You basically roll it a combination of side to side and front to back to move the mouse. It’s very intuitive. It’s super smooth. In the center of the silver section is the scroll wheel and that’s very smooth too. There are 10 different cursor speeds; 600 DPI to 2400 DPI. You have to set the copy/paste keys to PC or MAC. The product highlights say 6 programmable buttons. That’s not accurate. The only programmable button is the double click and you can only change it to a handful of options – like middle click, etc. So, the only buttons are the copy, paste, left click, right click, and double click. You can also perform a left click on the 6-inch mouse bar. If you can afford it, get this. 5 |

I bought the OpticFilm 8100 to digitize my old 35mm slides. It does an awesome job. I followed the WorkflowPilot in the SilverFast 8.0 (the software comes with the OpticFilm 8100) and using the highest available resolution (7200dpi) it took 4 minutes and 48 seconds to produce the best possible scan. The software is designed to take into consideration the color issues of older slides and will automatically try to correct with the Histogram option. 9 times out of ten this correction is spot on, but sometimes you need to tell the software to ignore. However, 10 times out of ten, I tell it to ignore the Gradation - it always tends to over-saturate the colors. There are other options like Selective Color Correction where you and adjust hue and saturation by themselves that are useful at times. Keep in mind that using the 7200 dpi you'll get a monster-sized file a 100 MB or larger, but that works if you're planning on printing. At the 1800 dpi it took 35 seconds and produced a 10 MB file which would be good for web. There is also a mid range of 3600 dpi that fits in the middle of both time to scan and file size, so you have 3 good options. I am VERY pleased with my purchase and will get good use from this device and included software. 5 |
