Logitech Headset Mic Recording Desktop

This is one of the best Headset that Logitech has created. B&H had this headset on sale and I just had to buy them. I am glad I did and I like the sound quality and the mic is very responsive. You cannot go wrong if you are a game like me.

I bought my AT2020 to replace a desktop Logitech usb microphone. No matter how much I tried previously I just could not get rid of the hollow sound on all recordings I made to show clients how to use online applications we have built for them. Without changing anything else other than the mic I am now getting incredibly good audio, which my clients have also comment upon. If I had to be picky to find any kind of fault I would suggest the mic stand would be a little more adjustable in order to raise its height on the desk.

Samson Go Mic review I previously used a Logitech USB Desktop Microphone for my Dragon NaturallySpeaking voice recognition software and it worked very good. But the Samson Go Mic has superseded my expectations of it being a little better than the Logitech. Excellent microphone for the price. Go Mic is positioned approximately 14 inches in front of my mouth and 1 inch lower. I would definitely recommend this microphone to a friend.

I use this product for my Ipod, Desktop computer, and rarely my laptop. Very comfortable, was really worried about comfort since I wear glasses. Sound is superb, very clear, im hearing things i have not heard before in my music and games. Now for those gamers that have to have a good headset and mic, you can buy parts, yes parts for the headset including a mic attachment. Dont think im allowed to say on here where you might get one but its pretty easy to find. I dont like the cord being on the left hand side but after 30 min I got use to it. Also dont like the coil cord, its a bit annoying at times.

I've been using headset mics at work for over 20 years. The E6 is the lightest, most comfortable and most importantly the most responsive over the entire dynamic range of human vocals I have ever experienced. I can run it with almost flat eq and it sounds totally natural. I have never used a headset mic before that did not need extreme reinforcement in the bass range even taking into consideration the proximity effect. I now use the E6 even for recording in my studio because the sound reproduction is so good across the entire spectrum compared to the recording mic I was using before. I highly recommend the E6 to any performing vocalist. There is no need in the 21st century for bulky headset mics or totally outdated hand held units. Customers (the audience) cannot even see the E6 when in use. The E6 is well worth the investment. It underscores the old adage; you get what you pay for!

Very nice stand, use on desktop for VO recording to get mic to perfect height. No complaints whatsoever.

I was using the Auray desktop mic stand for recording YouTube videos, but I couldn't get the mic close enough. This boom arm does the trick, allowing me to place the mic exactly where I need it while the stand can sit back out of the way. (The stand required adding weight to the base so it wouldn't tip, but I just put a 2.5-pound free weight on it.) The boom arm pivots and tilts and extends easily and reliably. I imagine it would work great on a full-size mic stand as well.

After Zoom issued a recall for the M2, M3 and M4 saying they identified the RF issue, I was confident in trying out the M3, and I'm glad I did! No RF issues for me yet. For my purposes, this mic is more valuable as a standalone mic than an on-camera mic. I can put it on a small desktop stand or on a boom and it essentially replaces having to run a shotgun, wire and separate recorder (F6 or F3) which saves so much time in setting up. I recently used it for a small shoot where I placed the M3 on a small desktop tripod on a podium to record some folks speaking at an event. There were too many speakers to try to mic up individually and the PA system wasn't adequate to record from, so this was a great alternative/backup to attempting to record everyone. The problem was that one of the speakers walked off to the side, however because of the M3 Edit & Play software, I could change the directivity of the recording after the fact and it worked great! This feature plus internal 32bit recording makes the M3 an awesome tool to add to your audio recording tool kit.
