Logitech Illuminated Wireless Keyboard K750

I really enjoy the convenience of having a wireless keyboard and the K750 Solar Wireless Keyboard from Logitech is the best one in my opinion. It never fails me and is quiet and charges while not being used from normal light in my home.

I brought this Logitech K750 wireless keyboard when it is on sale. It is very comfortable when you need to type for a long period of time. BTW,the solar charging software is interesting, it indicates the brightness of environment, and fluctuates during the time.

It's very difficult to admit that I could get so revved-up about a qwerty keyboard, but the Logitech K750 solar powered wireless is really something to get excited about. What I like about it the most is that the key response is very fast and accurate. It has just the right amount of 'depth of throw' so when I'm entering logins and passwords at lightning speed, I'm confident that the sequence of key strokes will register correctly. (There's also just the right amount of click to confirm each strike.) Visually, this keyboard has a stylish, Mac-like look: It's very thin, but at the same time, quite heavy which allows it to stay stable while I'm typing on my glass desktop. My previous Logitech keyboard had Bluetooth wireless system and even though I liked that keyboard a lot, it would get a bit squirrelly at times when a keystroke would suddenly go off on an unstoppable, repeating frenetic frenzy. With the K750, Logitech abandons Bluetooth and uses a more stable 2.4 GHz wireless frequency system. The pice de rsistance of course, is that it's solar powered. This thing will pay for itself in a few years just by not having to buy batteries! (When loading-up my old wireless keyboard with new batteries, I always felt a tinge of guilt about how wasteful I was being.) One interesting note: The solar panels on the keyboard are located on the top left and top right with a total of seven solar 'squares' on each side. Just for fun last night, I shut off the lights and focused a concentrated beam of light about four inches above each of the fourteen cells. What I noticed was that each side's center cell #4 was the only square that fired-up the LUX meter (gas gauge) on the solar app pop-up. Good! Now I know I can put Post-it's and business cards at the top of the keyboard and leave just a bit of space to allow both #4 center cells to receive light.

One interesting note: The solar panels on the keyboard are located on the top left and right and there are seven on each side. Just for fun, I shut off the lights (at night) and put a concentrated LED flashlight beam about four inches above each of the fourteen cells. What I noticed is that only the center cell of each group of seven activated the LUX 'gas gauge' on the solar app pop-up. Good, now I know I can put random post-its and business cards on the top of the keyboard knowing to leaving room for the center cell #4 on each side to receive sunlight!

I edit photo files under low light the illuminated keyboard is a necessity. The Logitech K740 Illuminated Keyboard has a great touch with what I feel is the optimum depth of key movement.

I love the Logitech Unifying accessories. We have been using the Logitech Solar K750 Keyboard for years and could not be happier with them. They perform extremely well and are easy to add to the unifying dongle/receiver. I have been using the same keyboard for probably 4 - 5 years now. For a wireless, solar keyboard, I think that is remarkable. The unifying receiver should win an award for one of the best accessories ever.

This is my second K750 Solar Keyboard and I've used Logitech Keyboards/products for almost 20 years. This one is for the office PC, I have another one at home for my iMac. Obviously, I really like the 'Solar' not so much because of this feature but rather because Logitech finally got it right. The keys on this board simply feel right. They have that certain, indescribable nice tough, and sound, about them. Obviously, I use a computer at work and often finish up the day in front of my computer at home. I won't let Logitech off the hook, though, for taking a giant step back; the control center software is not available with this keyboard. At least not with the Mac and I don't know about the PC.

The illuminated keyboard made by Logitech is better than I expected and I am enjoying it very much. It is a great tool for use by an older person like myself, and for anyone using a keyboard in low light conditions. A great product from a Great Vendor. Will consider B&H for all my future purchases. Illuminated Keyboard by Logitech is vary nicely made and the size and feel of the keys are great the key light has 3 settings so it is vary easy on the eyes in darkness and with the softweare it is seamless working with your system.
