AI Auto Tracking is outstanding! Almost looks like a human is controlling the camera! This PTZ is packed with features! Auto focus, 256 presets, manual exposure control, NDI capable, HDMI, SDI, RS232, Ethernet, USB-C to name a few! Tested indoor and outdoor with great results! Very happy with my purchase!

If you are looking for a camera who has auto tracking this camera by far is the best I have owned it is 100 percent accurate compared to dahua auto tracking cameras which is about 40 percent accurate the night vision on this camera is awesome if you're gonna buy a hikvision product get it from b&h u know you're getting a genuine product.

Absolutely love the camera for the megapixels, auto focus and tracking. Was not happy with B&H shipping and in fact the only reason I have this camera is that Sony intervened and had B&H ship me a unit.

This camera does what I need it to do: provides me with much better cropability when I need it that does not visibly degrade the image, and gives me better auto-focus & tracking capabilities than the A7R3t, all while providing me with better ergonomics. I can understand power-users' complaints of buffering issues, but hey, 61MP will DO that. As an average user, I am more than satisfied with this new evolution. While many will nit-pick this camera to death, remember that the perfect is the enemy of the VERY ,VERY GOOD.

Just installed this as our main camera in the Sanctuary. The auto tracking helps create a smooth transition following the speaker.

Was looking at another Logitech camera for my new Desktop and the fantastic B & H salesperson turned me on to this ditty. Cheaper and auto light correcting. Works great, plugged it in and everything was up and running. Thanks guys !!~

Best tracking auto focus, very good colors at superb quality and price.

Ordered two of these units for my last live online event. This is my first experience with auto tracking webcams, They answered my hand signals to zoom in / out, follow my movements or stay put, performing flawlessly. I will be buying additional units to add additional camera angles for my online training platform.

Upgraded from 8040A with auto stand by feature. Practically the same. Very sturdy. Great for tracking (recording) and editing but not for mixing (as with any near-field out there)
