Logitech Meetup Camera Zoom

I needed a webcam to use for working from home. I was skeptical at first that a small webcam such as this could produce a great image but I purchased anyway. After hooking the camera up and installing the optional Logitech Camera Settings app, I was blown away at the quality and field of view this camera offered. The 1080p resolution is crystal clear, even when zooming in. The zoom and pan options in the Logitech Camera Settings app were a nice touch to allow you to zoom in on yourself or pull focus on something else in view without having to physically move the camera. One thing I was happy to see is that this camera doesn't do that weird zoom/auto-focus thing that many Logitech cameras do where the person goes completely out of focus for a few seconds while it tries to auto-focus. I have a headset that I use for my video conferencing but the camera includes a microphone, should you need one. So far, I have zero complaints on the product. Overall, I would highly recommend this webcam for it's quality and features.

For Zoom meetings I have a Logitech camera & mic clamped atop my large panel monitor, but room lighting does not flatter me. This little light panel gives the little front light supplement needed. extra clamp I had to buy supports it just fine.

The best WebCam brand for casual users and online teachers. During the beginning of the pandemic there was a run on Logitech WebCams, making them unavailable for months. And there’s a reason for that. They are simply the best for the price with the best supporting software. In desperation I bought an offbrand that doesn’t even allow you to zoom in without buying separate software and then if you do use the separate software it slows things down. This model and Logitech are great because the camera provides crisp visuals, great sound and allows you to zoom in and focus on your face much better than other WebCams do. The provided supporting software is excellent because you can tune the camera how you want it (Zoom in or out, pan right or left, up or down, etc) then simply go back to your video conferencing software or whatever you’re using and it will use those settings for your session.

My laptop camera was clearly not cutting it for my very frequent Zoom calls so I purchased this Logitech C930e Webcam. So much better! The video is brighter and much cleaner. Anyone used to my laptop video noticed right away. Definitely recommended.

I bought this to mount a Logitech Camera on top of a monitor for Zoom calls. The mount has a 3/8-16 male fitting. My C920 Logitech Camera has a female 1/4-20. To reduce the Oben mount you will need a fitting from KUPO, part number KS-052 available from B&H for about $5.

This is my first tripod, ever. I bought it so I could go on a Meetup to photograph the Supermoon and not be laughed out of the park. I obsessed for over a year about what to buy - I knew I would want a tripod eventually, although I wasn't sure exactly for what - and became frustrated by all the options out there, expensive or otherwise. I finally came across one in-depth review that targeted inspired amateurs and enthusiasts, and not professionals requiring tripods in the $thousands. I've only used it twice so far, but the first time I took it out, I required zero instructions to operate it. It's very intuitive to use. Of course, any tripod is better than none, but I appreciated the steadiness and relative lack of bulk, and of course, the end result (amazing test shots of my cats in poor indoor light). It was a little awkward to carry while biking a few miles in the dark and wearing a backpack too, and I probably looked silly, but oh well. My moon shots - well it was densely cloudy so the moon shots were a bust, but it was fun to compare my tripod to others (mine was probably somewhere in the middle, as far as weight, size, and price go) and to play around with long exposures. And the experience made me want to hike around some more with the tripod, rather than discouraging me. And so although this review is more about my experience, and not the technicalities of the equipment, if at least one tentative person goes out and tries the 263AB SBH 100 tripod as a result of reading this, then I'll be one happy gal.

The Logitech C930e was easy to set up. It worked with Zoom on a Win10 pc with no additional software. The picture is excellent not grainy or dull. It has autofocus and compensates for excessive/non-existent back lighting. It does cost a bit more but is well worth the investment.

I recently purchased a Logitech C920s HD Pro Webcam to use for my Zoom meetings with my MacBook Pro laptop. Installation was easy, as I plugged it into the USB sport and the Zoom app recognized it. The picture and clarity improved much from the built-in camera on the computer and helped my presentations in my meetings.
