It comes with a D branded AA battery, USB receiver, USB Cable Extender, Grip Stickers and User Documentation. The mouse is definitely LIGHTSPEED! The reaction time is superb! It has LIGHTFORCE optical-mechanical switches that make it super fast. It is precise due to the HERO 25k sensor, which tracks to the submicron. You can use 2 memory profiles. In order to have 5, you will need to use Logitech GHUB. The battery life is estimated at 300+ hours. If you want POWERPLAY (without a battery), then you will have to purchase a POWERPLAY wireless mouse pad. The Logitech G309 is very ergonomic and my hand doesn’t feel cramped after playing for hours. The grip stickers are pretty awesome and great for hand traction. My 8 year old son loves using this mouse when playing online games. I've had this mouse for a week and it is a great mouse. It's rather expensive but it is worth it. I like that the rechargeable battery lasts a long time and can be charged using my android phone cable.

Got this as replacement for previous model! Dependently brighter and rechargeable battery seem to last long time compared to the D cells.

Great light but getting the rechargeable battery will make you use it so much more often.
