We use 960 USB Headset exclusively at our call center. Excellent quality and a good price.

It was several months ago that I ordered the stereo headset, which was not available at the time. I was contacted to let me know that it was back-ordered and it would be sent as soon as it arrived. Yes there were a few months before it arrived at your business. but I was contacted so I would know when it should arrive, as well as contacted again after it arrived, and also as soon as it was sent. My communications with B&H were very accommodating during the wait time and very thoughtful and straightforward. You never left me hanging' wondering if I would ever get them. This Logitech USB Headset (H390) is just want I needed. The sound clarity is very good, better than others I have had. People at a Zoom meeting tell me my voice clarity is quite good. The padding on the ear pieces and headband make it very comfortable for wearing over any lengthy period of time. Optionally, the volume can be adjusted, and the mic muted, and I prefer the USB type connector over the mini phone jack. And it is reasonably priced.

I've been using an old 1080p monitor as a secondary monitor for my PC and PS5 and was looking to upgrade. Because the PS5 doesn't have an optical cable anymore, all sound is transmitted through HDMI or USB. This monitor not only has built in speakers to just play basic sound when I'm looking to casually game, the KVM switch works with my USB headset perfectly. One button allows me to switch my headset between my PS5 and PC. The monitor also looks fantastic, and the price is competitive. I'm very satisfied with this purchase.

I previously purchased the Brio ultra had Pro business web cam #960-001105 and liked it a lot. As that was out of stock, I purchased $960-001390 instead. I cannot tell the difference. Both are working well for me.

This is one of the best Headset that Logitech has created. B&H had this headset on sale and I just had to buy them. I am glad I did and I like the sound quality and the mic is very responsive. You cannot go wrong if you are a game like me.

I was in need of an expansion card to provide me with additional USB ports for new my business PC. I use Davinci Resolve with an associated logickeyboard, SpeedEditor for Davinci Resolve, StreamDeck, and external HD/SSD drives.

My quest for my ideal headset is over. The EVOLVE 20 Microsoft Lync Stereo Headset by Jabra has what I want. Excellent mic, comfortable foam ear cushions, lightweight comfy headband, very good sound for music or voip. I tested and owned several others and either sold or trashed them. These are keepers.
