Logitech Pocket Digital Camera Manual

I love my Kodak PIXPRO FZ55 Digital Camera (Blue)!!!! I give it a 5 star rating!!!!! I love the color of Blue!!!! I just have to learn how to use it. The only thing that I did not like was IT DID NOT HAVE AN OWNER'S MANUAL with it!!! Why do you not include a Owner's Manual????? How are you to learn about the camera & how to use it if there is no manual????? Otherwise I love it!!!! Include an owner's manual with each camera so customers can learn how to operate their new cameras!!!!!

A shirt pocket camera with auto and manual shutter and aperture controls, it meets every need.

I bought this camera to make the leap from a digital point and shoot to a digital SLR. I last used an old film SLR 10 yrs ago, so it'll be nice to see what I remember and learn even more about photography. I'm very happy the camera accepts AA lithium batteries and there is a lengthy printed operating manual too. Additionally, there are more than enough manual settings for my needs. Lastly, the price is right and was lowest on B&H! I haven't found any cons yet.

This is unique full manual and auto camera as last top small digital camera. Fantastic shots!

Great entry digital SLR camera with bright viewfinder and full manual control for students of photography. I added a Cannon 40mm 2.8 for point and shoot. But a beginner should add a 50mm prime lens IMO. Get the bulb cable for long exposures for maximum creativity. I have found manual focus useless compared to my film cameras, the autofocus just works.

I specifically wanted a digital camera with manual controls, like the one my dad had when I was growing up, and this camera exceeded my expectations. Having used it for a few weeks now, I can confidently say that I absolutely love it.

It's a manual focus lens, with a manual aperture ring that is controlled from the lens itself. It took a little getting used to... But I love it. For me, it's like using my old AE-1 but with the convenience of digital. For those who have never used a manual camera, this lens may not be for you. The fixed focal length and manual controls may be considered drawbacks for some people. I had found the transition from analog to digital to be difficult, and this lens helps me shoot the way I did when I was young and idealistic.... But I digress. This lens is known for its dreamy effect at wide apertures, and it delivers. But I was surprised at how sharp the images are when stopped down to f11 or f16! I did some test shots from my roof, and when reviewing the images on my computer I was able to see details from blocks away in sharp focus. The only thing I don't like about the lens is something I consider to be a design flaw. The markings on the aperture ring are covered up by the hot shoe on the camera, so that I have to turn it at an awkward angle to see which aperture I'm on. I've already gotten used to it, but it was annoying. Otherwise, I just adore this lens, and I'm currently using it more than any other.

Extremely happy with this little camera. We'd had an old Cybershot for years but decided to go a little smaller. So happy we did. Love the option for the viewfinder in particular because of how much I shoot outdoors. Nice to have that option to get a better picture of what I'm shooting. The LCD works fine even in full sun but squinting sometimes gets old and hard to compose the shot. The ONLY two things I'd change after having it two weeks is that I don't like how many buttons have to be pushed in order to switch to manual focus and the lens cap came with no retainer strap so into a pocket it typically goes = see pocket lint going back on the lens next time you snap it on. No biggie, I'll come up with some means to attach a small strap for it. The focus setting can't be changed but it's not a real big one. Auto focus works very well thus far, there's just been a few shots where I wanted a better depth of field where I wanted the background out of focus and the subject up front in focus. The auto focus will detect features in the background and try and get that in focus. To trick it, you have to go manual which works fine, just a little slow to get there in navigating through the settings. Otherwise, great camera.

I found this camera to be easy to use, the manual is also easy to understand and to find the points for which I am looking. It's so small I can pack it anywhere, purse, pocket, coat pocket or hang on my wrist. The quality of the image is great, I can't wait to take it on my next vacation. I'm really happy to have bought this camera from B&H Photo. Thank You

I bought this camera to replace a pocket digital camera. Main intent is to photograph kids' and family activities. Ideally suited for this purpose.
