Logitech Pro X Headset Dts Sound Bad

My first impression of the Logitech G PRO X Gaming Headset was the quality that went into the build.  The frame is constructed of aluminum and steel, and is sturdy and lightweight.  The head band is padded with a thick and comfortable foam. It comes with two types of ear coverings, leatherette and breathable velour.  I changed to the velour covers and find them very comfortable.  The sound is very good and is customizable once you download the Logitech G Hub software.  I use these on a PC and connect via the provided USB sound card and get clear audio and voice communication. I would purchase the Logitech G PRO X Gaming Headset again and recommend them as well.

This is one of the best Headset that Logitech has created. B&H had this headset on sale and I just had to buy them. I am glad I did and I like the sound quality and the mic is very responsive. You cannot go wrong if you are a game like me.

I replaced an old iMac with a Mac Pro and now have a BenQ screen without a camera. I didn't know how bad the iMac camera was until I used this Logitech Webcam. My color and exposure are perfect. I no longer look overexposed or red :) The sound must be good too since no one on Zoom calls is complaining about not hearing me.

For great sound quality as well as a good build quality, I could always count on Logitech products and this mono headset was no exception. Clear sound, comfortable earpiece and a handy control center for volume/muting/hangup. These headsets were sold out elsewhere but B&H had them in stock and shipped them quickly.

This Logitech USB Headset (H390) is just want I needed. The sound clarity is very good, better than others I have had. People at a Zoom meeting tell me my voice clarity is quite good. The padding on the ear pieces and headband make it very comfortable for wearing over any lengthy period of time. Optionally, the volume can be adjusted, and the mic muted, and I prefer the USB type connector over the mini phone jack. And it is reasonably priced.

I own a video production company and have 28 employees. I have six editors that use Mac Pro's, all the Mac's use fiber optic from the Mac sound card to a windows PC running Creative X-Fi Elite Pro THX Certified sound cards. All the editing bays have this setup and use Creative GigaWorks S750, 7.1, THX Certified, 750 watt speaker systems. The Logitech Z906, 5.1, THX Certified, 500 watt speaker system is replacing one of the Creative S750 speaker systems that was 12 years old. Logitech appears to be the only company that offers a high wattage, 5.1, THX Certified Speaker System, no one that I can find carries a 7.1, THX Certified, high wattage sound system. The sound quality of the Logitech Z906, 5.1, THX Certified, 500 watt speaker system is outstanding. The signal-to-noise level is perfect for clean audio sound. We use Final Cut Pro 10 and Avid Media Composer 7 editing software and even when we add LFE (Low Frequency Effects) we get no distortion, the speakers are small enough to not waste a lot of space on the editing board. For the user/pro that wants a quality sound system and has the sound card that will facilitate the Z906 speaker system then the Logitech Z906 is the sound you are looking for.

I was looking for a 5 channel receiver/amp so I could utilize my existing surround sound speaker system after my old AIWA receiver finally died. I looked at PYLE units but the reviews scared me off. I saw this unit at B&H and it had everything I was looking for. Although it is not an actual Dolby or DTS processor it does have 5.2 channel output and 5.2 RCA inputs so I can order a separate Dolby/DTS decoder that has 5.1 output and still get true surround sound. I run my HDTV through it to get surround sound over the 5.1 channels (I only have one subwoofer). The sound of this unit over my AIWA speakers is excellent and the AM/FM receiver is picks up well after connecting the antenna. The remote offers the ability to change all of the parameters of the unit and works easily from 30 feet away. The only drawback is the remote will not turn the unit off but I hit that on my way to the bedroom after we're done watching TV. It would also be nice to be able to adjust the volume of the 5 channels independently. It seems to be well built and I expect many years of service from it. I did a lot of comparing of various priced units and all in all I think this unit is a great value for the money and I am very happy with it.

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] Disclosure: We received this unit from VIZIO for the purpose of evaluating. We own several VIZIO products and have grown with the brand for many years. With each new unit, we're more impressed than the time before. Not only for the quality of the product itself, but the small details that go into the getting the unit up and running. The M512a-H6 sound bar with Dolby Atmos and DTS:X is the latest example. First, I want to point out the sound bar is more than just a bar. It's actually a bar, a subwoofer and two satellite speakers. But even the bar itself is more than just a bar as it includes upward facing speakers in addition to the traditional forward facing feature. This unit includes Dolby Atmos and DTS:X. We hadn't even noticed before that Netflix (and probably others) already support this more immersive sound experience. Technology will continue to improve with each new unit so it's no surprise that it's a step up from the sound system built into a television or even an existing sound bar. But what makes VIZIO products shine is that setup isn't difficult. Units are packaged with cabling labeled to reduce confusion and there are also removable pull-strips over the ports on the sound bar itself. You don't have to have an advanced tech degree to be able to set up this VIZIO sound system. If you're wondering how it sounded... it filled the room well for a captivating viewing (and listening) experience!

The sound bar is excellent and the so is the control software. I have a Samsung NU8000 TV (2018) and I found out the hard way that it doesn't support DTS. Any DTS input signal is downgraded to PCM stereo when using ARC on the TV :( It appears Samsung dropped DTS support in 2018 so be careful!
