Needed a DVD drive to rip some of my collection for digital access. Even though it's USB 2.0, my iMac is able to rip DVDs faster than my old computer with a built-in optical drive, so I can't imagine the transfer is bottlenecking it too much. Other than that, it does what it needs to do at a great value price. 5 |

Nowadays, there are almost 3.0 USB ports. It was difficult to connect an older digital device using 2.0 Connected products now work well with this product I am very satisfied 5 |

Perfect little basic speakers dor portable or desktop. USB digital all the way so no front and back setup. For their size very good sound and they are built solid. Only thing that could be better is a bit more cable connecting the two so as to span two side-by-side monitors. 5 |
