Logitech Tessar Camera Driver

Works well with Linux Mint Mate 20 and so do all the Logitech combos since they use the same driver. 5 |

This panel as well as the other panels from Logitech (which I also purchased) functions as advertised once you download and install the correct driver(s) from Logitech.com. I use them on flight simulator X and X-Plane. 5 |

I enjoy using the Sony Vario-Tessar lens on my A6000 body camera. It take clear pictures and not too heavy. I highly recommend for beginner photographers. 5 |

My Vario-Tessar T FE 24-70mm F4 AZ OSS performed wonderfully as I played with my new "a-7" mirrorless camera system during a week in Jackson Hole, Wyoming, recently. Easy of handling, and pristine focus capabilities made for a cakewalk....... with more practice I will be able to push the envelope a bit.......many thanks for a superb product,. 5 |

I've been using the Sony Vario-Tessar T* FE 16-35mm f/4 ZA OSS Lens before I bought this. The sony is ok and sharp enough but so much distortion that you really have to pick you're subject matter carefully. The zeiss lens is amazing with very little distortion and tack sharp edge to edge. Brings me back to my days of shooting with Hasselblad lenses. I am a professional fine art landscape photographer and would absolutely recommend this to anyone as a really good prime lens. I can live without the 2mm I've lost because the quality I have gained is unsurpassed. 5 |

Fits my Sony a7Riv and Sony Vario-Tessar 24-70mm lens perfectly with enough room for two extra lenses (but three total if you are storing your camera with lens). There is a front pockets and two small side pockets to hold cables, cards, etc. The inner dividers are adjustable and can be entirely removed. Quality is good - what you'd expect for a bag this price. Well worth the $50. 5 |

The lens itself is wonderful and it's depth of field capabilities are great. I purchased as a main lens for taking videos with the A7S II. I'm not a professional, so I realize now that this lens is not as versatile in general as the Tessar. One word of warning. I bought the A7S II and a Came Single gimbal primarily to take videos of my kids. This lens is too heavy for that setup. I now have to get a Tessar lens (which is maybe what I should have done in the first place) so that it can work with the gimbal. This is obviously my own fault. Just wanted others to know, in case you were wondering. 5 |

I got the 16-35 Vario Tessar after returning a 25mm Batis. I was uncomfortable with the Batis--and the 25mm was limiting. There was threshold acceptable spherical distortion--i.e. barrel/pincushion. The 16-35 is really excellent--with less spherical issue than the Batis and the super-wide really offers interesting possibilities otherwise impossible to realize. So far I have only used it indoors, shooting between ISO 800 and 1600, with excellent to very good results--with the A7Rii. A faster lens would be nice but it would get too huge and heavy; at 18 ounces the 16-35 is already pretty hefty...but if you are careful not to shoot at too slow a speed, the in-body stabilization really is a blessing. All things considered, I am very happy that I returned the Batis and got the 16-35. 5 |
