I bought this web cam because my earlier Logitech camera was good, but produced horrid video when there was insufficient lighting. This Brio cam has done very well in the same situation. You hardly notice the change from daylight to night under limited lighting conditions. I also liked the field options and zooming capability. Also - BH delivered device on time. 5 |

I had been looking for a way to use my Canon XA20 camcorder as a web cam. I connected the Magwell Xi100 to the camera and to my MacBook pro to use with Google Hangouts. Everything just connected by itself and worked. I didn't have to go into system settings or set anything except to choose the Magwell in Hangouts. Now I can Zoom pan and tilt, and connect good microphones. My viewers like what they see and hear as compared to the webcam. I couldn't get an expensive alternative device to work even after going through detailed instructions, trial and error. 5 |

I bought this gooseneck with a heavy base that I used to mount a web cam on. It can be bent over so the web cam can be used as a document camera. I had to fashion a custom mount to attach the web cam to the gooseneck. It work well. 5 |

For quite a while I have managed with an average web cam, which was fine for routine video calls, etc. Lately I have wanted to do some recordings, though, and the average quality was more apparent in that format. I chose this camera for its HD resolution and low light sensitivity, as well as its compatibility with the LogiTune software (and the ability to choose among 3 fields of view). I have been very pleased with the image quality it achieves, and the ability to turn the camera downward to view the desktop is a plus as well. I'm very pleased, and would buy it again. 5 |

I needed a separate camera for my office laptop. The built in web cam would position my laptop in a completely unusable spot. I was going to go with a lesser model but then I saw it on sale. Honestly, this is my second Brio and I recommend it highly. Great web cam and extremely versatile. No complaints 5 |
