Long Asian String Instruments

I use this mic to record string and wind (brass mostly) instruments.  The different patterns make it effective in a variety of spaces depending on whether you want to reject other sounds or include reflections.  Versatile and great sound quality.

This mic sounds very nice for vocals, plucked string instruments, and woodwind instruments (at least that's what I've tried it on). I highly recommend it!

I purchased these cables in an effort to reduce the long string of messy cables on my desk. Why have super long cables if you don't need to? Less distance for electrons to travel and less likely to have RF/EM interference. I bought 4 of them and have been happy with my purchases.

I bought these just in case the ones that came with my straps wore out. It turns out, these things take a long time to wear. The string on this is a bit stiff, but that maybe due to the fact that it has so many layers.

I use it to keep a couple PortaBrace plastic pouches with video accessories and padded PortaBrace pouch for camera monitor, and a few other accessories to take along with me for any video recording I need to do for our church. The bag is sturdy and is quite roomy for the small size which I got. The only tiny little complaint is the string just feels too long or too thin. Once you close the bag using the string, you just have a long piece of string just hanging without an obvious place to put it. I roll up the excess and stick it back into the bag - a little annoying, I guess, but not a big deal at all, just thought I'd mention it. That doesn't prevent me from recommending this bag - if you need to transport random items that don't have their own boxes or transport containers, this is great for that sort of thing. That's what I was looking for and found it here.

I hesitate with the purchase of Maschine MK3 too long. The reason was I worried about having to rely on a computer. The truth is I hardly ever touch computer, this is only to name the saved projects, other than that I pretty much forget about it. It is an incredibly user friendly and intuitive device which can definitely be called a musical instruments. The only not so straight forward part was downloading all the content from NI website, but that's only because some of it was already installed on my laptop (came with a purchase of some other hardware) and I needed to update the software. The Maschine MK3 sounds amazing, especially some of the sampled acoustic drum instruments. The pads are super responsive so beat making is very easy. I highly recommend it!

The best for long term power storage in lights or instruments where failure is not an option. Will work when others have drained and these are very leak resistant.

A quick way to not string cables across the stage.

I was a recording engineer for 15 years. Back then, everythign just worked. Now the corporate weinies sending everything to China, where THEY figure out how to make EVERYTHING like a piece of poo poo. Normal, i.e. ASIAN XLR's are pure poo poo!!! I have to repleace every stinking Asian XLR with these frow Swirtchcraft!!! Only B & H carries them. If you NEED to rely upon quality... watch out for those pennie pinching Asian copies... they truly suck!! The censor made me use babay words... you get the idea.
