The Netgear WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX6250 was very easy to install and it did exactly what I needed it to do; extend the coverage of my Spectrum Router.

This extender does a great job of extending and boosting my wifi signal. I was surprised how wide its range is. I am very pleased with this purchase--great performance, great value.

The NETGEAR WiFi Mesh Range Extender EX6250 was so easy to setup and did exactly what I needed it to do: extend the coverage of my Spectrum Router.

The extender setup was a breeze. It connected easily to my home network. It has extended the range of the WiFi significantly to the other end of the house. This sure beats the cheap knock-off I bought, which never was able to connect properly.

BEST RANGE EXTENDER I HAVE TRIED!

I bought the 2.0 Version III extender to add utility to my 500mm f/4 L. I wasn’t interested in doubling my 70-200mm as I already have a 100-400mm. My interests were: doubling the focal length of the 500mm f/4 for use on a 7D Mark 2 body to get maximum reach for long range shots, and on a 5D Mark 3 body to get high magnification at shorter range but with better signal-to-noise. I was prepared to be disappointed. I was not. I was aware that I would be limited in autofocus to essentially 1 point in either case, but that is fine for stationary subjects. So, I offer two images. One of a female (Hen) Common Merganser taken with the 500 x 2.0 on the 7DM2 at a range of 55 Yards. The other (tightly cropped) of a Brown Capped Rosy Finch taken with the 500 x 2.0 on the 5DM3 at a range of 10 Yards. You be the judge. 5 stars from me. Note, in the Merganser photo, the vivid color and image contrast, and that with the light passing through 26 optical elements! Now I recognize that the Merganser photo was shot over water, in very stable atmosphere. The Rosy was shot at close range, where atmosphere would not be a problem anyhow. Unstable atmosphere is a problem with super-telephotos at long range, whether or not they have extenders on them. A note to those contemplating this or a 1.4 Canon Extender, please read the user’s manual for your camera body first. It will tell you whether, and how the extender will work with your lenses. Then you won’t need to give the extender negative reviews because it “didn’t work”.

Purchased my B4000 3 months ago for my 30-amp Lance Truck Camper. Truck Camper is awesome, it allows you to camp anywhere a car could go. But didn’t want to start the generator in the early AM so as not to disturb the campsite. Got to have my coffee (coffee maker), warm oatmeal (microwave) and of course toast (toaster oven) very early in the morning. All need high amperage 120-volt clean power. The Yoshino plugs right into my 30-amp Lance Truck Camper cable providing the needed power easily, quietly and environmentally with very effective clean (sine wave) power! Also, the B4000 ran my roof AC for just over two hours. Great for closing the Truck Camper for a bit to cool down but also very practical when avoiding smokey campfires. Kept the thermostat at 69 degrees! This little B4000 saved me a ton of money not having to install solar panels, switches, control panels, an inverter along with lots of labor. Along with a loss of storage space to my camper. Coffee, toast and a quick micro-wave re-heat makes my camping fun ! My constructive comments would be to work on the WIFI connection process making it more intuitive. A clear explanation on how to connect or reconnect to WIFI and understanding where Blue Tooth connections are taking place is needed. Especially if your traveling from home base WIFI. The B4000 Yoshino Battery is awesome, looking forward to extended (add on) battery options!
