Lorex Home Surveillance System With 2 Wireless Cameras

Have a large home and wireless surveillance cameras outside. Now have great connection to outside cameras and can freely roam the house with wireless devices without dropping connection. I give the pair of Deco X55 a big thumbs up!

I just installed the Lorex Home Ctr. with the two cams it came with and an additional cam with flood lights. I used an installed as it did require drilling two holes thru the outer wall for power. The system is otherwise wireless. I was surprised that the wireless connection is flawless. The system seems to work perfectly and I was able to adjust the camera as not to pick up pedestrians and cars in from of my home. You may have to adjust you notifications on the system and cell phone. So, so good!

I have a total of 5 cameras on this system up and running on the Lorex Smart Home Security Center . It is "basically " straight forward to get them running..... but not easy. you need to have passwords for each and identifying "names' of each. It is best to have all this info in a note on your phone so you can copy and paste it later in all the needed locations rather than figure out each one in real time

We had just one lorex camera and then we purchased the home center. This system is great and we love that we can watch the cameras from inside the house and get a notification sound on the selected cameras. We still receive all notifications on our mobile devices. We have recommended this to several friends.

Easy to SetUp,Potentially Portable,No Monthly Cost The Lorex Home Center with two Wifi cameras has to be the easiest security system that I have ever setup. The system consists of two 1080p wifi cameras and a base station with a touch screen that displays the video from the cameras. All you have to do is download the app, plug in the base station, and plug in the cameras. The app is then used to setup the cameras wirelessly. Because the cameras and base station are plugged in and not hard wired, the base station can be moved from room to room or the system can potentially be used at another location. The wifi cameras are designed for outdoor use; however, I setup one outdoors on my back porch and the other inside looking out through my front window. Video from the back porch camera was very clear and video through the front window was as clear as possible considering that there will be reflection from the window. The base station also includes voice control so that if you wanted to see what is happening in your backyard you would say something like "Lorex, show me backyard." In summary, if you are looking for an easy to setup security system that can potentially be used at several locations and with no monthly cost, I would recommend considering the Lorex Home Center.

We wanted speakers that did not double as a home surveillance system like Alexa and Google Home devices provide. With Google and Alexa products your in-home behaviors are logged and used in their internal database to develop profiles that can be sold to other companies. Finding a great wireless speaker only has been a challenge until the Roku speakers. One of the best purchases we have ever made for home entertainment. Bold sound and very versatile can unplug them and move to another room and the sound follows to backyard, garage, etc. Looking to buy a 3rd pair.

Added this third Deco X55 to better service the wireless doorbell and surveillance floodlight at front of house. Really like this mesh system and the ease of adding additional access points. The system also balances itself for optimum strength and seamless roaming.

Best Surveillance system, and you need the license.

The amount of space offered has been ideal for my home camera that I used to take semi-professional photographs of family, friends, & the outdoors. It has made it easier to inspect photos/videos taken by my home surveillance cameras also. It provides very clear images. I’ve had zero issues with this memory card so far. I would definitely recommend it to anyone that is looking for a memory card for there home surveillance, especially if they plan on being away from home for a long time, the storage hours are amazing!! I would definitely recommend for any professional photographers as well, or anyone that loves holding onto family memories (such as myself) this is definitely the ideal memory card for you! I have over 60k family pictures saved, I plan on purchasing extras for my surveillance cameras!!
