It was easy to put together and the black colors matches everything. It allows me to stand while I work, and my husband can adjust it to his comfort level when he uses the computer. I used this on a standing desk converter (you know one of those contraptions that sit on top of a regular desk) to mount a DSLR so it could be used as a webcam. You will also need a clamp (Manfrotto 035 super clamp) to attach the arm to the desk. The result is adjustable and very stable for the weight of a Canon Rebel camera. The person I set it up for is very happy.

This standup desk converter was easy to setup, is sturdy and very easy to use so you can easily change from standing to sitting throughout the day. My wife a long time stand-up desk proponent received one at her work and recommended it to me. I bought a standing desk and wanted to raise my studio speakers to ear level & de-clutter desk space. These stands worked great! They are a bit bulky / look like stage gear on a desk, but nonetheless are sturdy and functional. I wish they sold a slightly narrower version; I have M-Audio BX5’s and they only fill 1/2 the flat stand space.

I use this pole mount to hold a monitor at eye level when standing and still maintaining my traditional office desk. There aren't many other options for getting a monitor high up (I'm 6'2) short of a dedicated standing desk. The mount is surprisingly stable considering it is simply bolted on to the back of the desk and I'm using a larger-than-rated 28 screen. The build quality is high and the cord-hiding trough in the tube is a clever innovation. I've yet to notice any slippage or weakness in the doughnut clamp. All-in-all, this mount is an exceptional value.
