Plug and play driver installation via Windows Update; manual driver installation on macOS. Dock does not charge host PC. I bought this to see if I could get dual monitor operation from my HP docking station. It was very easy to install, and after a few display adjustments, went right to work. I am very pleased with the display quality, which I attribute in part to the cables construction. I would purchase this same adapter/cable again for other applications. 5 |

Upgraded from Corning TB2 to TB3 cables along with new OWC TB docking station and M1 Mac. all works as expected. Like the new rolled on wheel packaging .. less susceptible to damage in shipping or between sites. 5 |
