This adapter worked without anything needed except to plug it into a Thunderbolt 4 port on my Mac Studio, power up my Apple LED Cinema Display and plug its minidisplayport connection into the adapter. The display is fully functional including the three connection usba hub on the back of the display. My Mac Studio running Ventura 13.1 recognizes the display and it is shown along with all of its functions in the displays settings on Ventura. I am using the LED Cinema Display as an extended display with an Apple Studio Display as the main display. Everything works beautifully. 5 |

I finally set up my new Mac Studio. I needed an adapter for my LED Cinema Display with Mini DisplayPort. The adapter plugged in without a problem. The display fired up when I turned on my computer. I checked the resolution in Systems Preferences and It was operating at 4K resolution. Well worth the price. 5 |

I got this for my MacBook Air 2018. I tested it between my Mac and an Apple Cinema Display that connects via mini-Display port. Works well. I also tried it between the Mac and an HDMI-cabled monitor. Also works well. Its very lightweight and does what it says it will do. I did not check the 4K compatibility. 5 |

I have a new Apple M1 Mac mini and an Apple Cinema Display. This is the ONLY CABLE you need to connect them together (assuming you already have the associated power brick & its cables). For about $15 you can use an old reliable monitor with the newest M1 Mac mini. I tried 3 or 4 other cables (spending about $200) from B&H in addition to other retail/online sellers - none of them worked. This cable does the job 5 |

I use my Macbook Air in my office connected to a 27 Mac cinema display. This stand fits in perfectly, provides unobstructed space underneath and allows for cooling. Silicone pads keep the laptop from sliding or being scratched. I use this with an external keyboard and mouse. Highly recommended. 5 |
