Seems to work exactly the same as the 2018 Mac Mini with more storage for the cost. It does come with OS 10.15.x Catalina so for those who want to stay on 10.14.x Mojave, get the 2018 model. 5 |

Having no usb control support for Mac Catalina is rough and to set the dip switches you have to have great eyes because they are so tiny. Device does exactly what I need it to. 5 |

We have 4 ACTIVE Brother Printers as well as 3 prior units. Wouldn't consider any other brand. Quality is always BEYOND EXPECTATIONS. Not a single one of our 7 Brother printers -- and they run the gamut from inexpensive to top of the line -- has failed us for any reason through these past many years. Expendables are reasonably priced, readily available and shipped quickly; moreover, and unlike competitors, generic inks are both compatible and available when immediate needs must be met. Because our MANY Brother products are superbly designed, we have Never had the need to contact customer support. So, while I cannot speak to support, I can attest to the fantastic quality not just of our printers, but also our sewing machines, sergers, and other Brand items in our household and business operations. I have four of these and they work flawlessly! When DROBO decided to not support the new Mac OS, I used these to quickly and cheaply back up many terabytes of data. Minor assembly required, but it even comes with a small screwdriver. 3 minute operation to insert the drive and secure it. I think they are very quiet compared to many drives. 5 |

lack of support for os upgrades caught up with me after 8 years with my imac. so i decided to get this mac mini with the m2 pro chip and wow is this computer speedy. i mounted it on a large curved screen monitor and it handle my video workloads much faster than the imac. 5 |
