I just purchased a 2018 Macbook Pro and wanted an external hard drive for its Time Machine software. Came formatted for the Mac and worked without any drama or issues. The drive is boxes with a rather short USB type-C cable and a USB type-A dongle. C-cable fits tightly for a good connection. Ive used the dongle for some older Window devices without issue. Product was in-stock and arrived in a reasonable time. Im very satisfied with my purchase. 5 |

I got this for my MacBook Air 2018. I tested it between my Mac and an Apple Cinema Display that connects via mini-Display port. Works well. I also tried it between the Mac and an HDMI-cabled monitor. Also works well. Its very lightweight and does what it says it will do. I did not check the 4K compatibility. 5 |

I purchased this for my 2018 Macbook Air. Attaching the screen to the laptop was extremely easy. After installing the drivers it was a very simple setup. Once I got it all dialed in it has been seamless. Definitely recommend this product for working at home or even if you want to surf while watching Netflix at the same. time. Own a 2017 MacBook Air and did not realize a USB Type-C port was not on the device. This product was immensely helpful as I've now been able to plug more recent equipment into my older laptop. Personally used the adapter for a high definition webcam and it served the video transmission and streaming wonderfully. Extremely satisfied and happy to have found this tiny piece. 5 |

I love everything about my new MacBook Air! M2 chip makes it faster and smoother. Another thing I like about it is MagSafe charger. It indicates when MacBook is finished charging which is helpful.
