Macbook Air Midnight Charger

I was finally ready to upgrade from my 2012 MacBook Air, and I was excited about the new M2 MacBook Airs. I really like the midnight color, the slightly larger and brighter screen, and the improved design and performance. I'm a Mac guy, so this was really the only option to upgrade to for me.

Wish it came in black or midnight to match either the new MacBook Pro or the new MacBook Air but now on to the review. It has all the ports I could think of needing even works with the apple superdrive, I know most people don't use CD's anymore but nice to know that It works. 2.5gb ethernet is a big plus and you can even hook up an external dac if you want, all while keeping the MacBook fully charged. Even works with iMac and iPad Pro or Air so that is a big plus. Negatives would be no HDMI port for those that care but other than that works great.

Bought this to replace an aging 2015 Macbook Air. This one runs rings around it as you would expect. I upgraded to the 10 core for $50.00. Midnight color was discounted so I jumped on it. Yes, it is a fingerprint magnet, but easily cleaned and Midnight looks striking. As usual, B&H/Payboo was a pleasure to deal with.

I recently got my hands on the 15-inch MacBook Air in Midnight from B&H, and it’s been an incredible upgrade. The Midnight finish is sleek and sophisticated, and despite its larger size, it’s still lightweight and easy to carry. The Retina display is stunning, and the M2 chip with 16GB of RAM and a 512GB SSD handles everything effortlessly. Battery life is impressive, I consistently get around 18 hours on a single charge. The Magic Keyboard and Force Touch trackpad are comfortable and responsive. Big shout out to B&H for their excellent service and quick delivery. I have an M1 MacBook Air and it does everything I need, while I like the look of the newly designed M2, I wasn't sure if it would be worth the upgrade just based on that alone. I was wrong... That extra little bit of screen size is a game changer not to mention a brighter screen. The camera is night and day better, the jump from 720p to 1080p is very noticeable. The newly designed and larger fingerprint sensor just feels more premium compared to the M1's. All that paired with a new design... this is the MacBook I've been waiting for. I know many will say to go for the pro for the money, and while I understand that argument, form factor is my biggest priority. I purchased the 512/16/10 configuration in Space Gray because B&H was running a sale. I'm happy I got the space gray over midnight because I've heard the midnight is an absolute fingerprint magnet and overtime the scratches will show more. I'm happy with my purchase!

I love everything about my new MacBook Air! M2 chip makes it faster and smoother. Another thing I like about it is MagSafe charger. It indicates when MacBook is finished charging which is helpful. Day after I purchased my MacBook, I recommended my sibling to purchase one and she did. I recommend it to anyone who wants to upgrade their MacBook to the next level.

The carrying case, used for my 13 MacBook Air is perfect. Including storage for the charger. Perfect!
