I ruined a timer-remote because it was always dangling by its cord. The cord frayed at the connection and did not work well, so I had to replace it. This time I bought the RTC Case to attach to my tripod and it protects the timer perfectly. 5 |

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] I was over the frayed cords on all of my chargers and yes, sometimes I pull on the cord instead of the plug. This belkin Lighting to USB-A Cable is the most durable cord I have ever had. Also like the extra length. 5 |

I purchased this to replace a Nikon remote timer whose cord had frayed. The ShutterBoss is far less expensive and is as well made (same mfgr???) as the Nikon version. I am very pleased with it. 5 |
