My large original charger was broken. ...This is a much smaller charger and it is easier to carry around as compared to the original Leica M8 charger, which is hugh and has a strange shape that was difficult to fit into the camera bags. It also shares the same kind of cable with the Epson Rd-1s charger, and some other camera chargers which means I have fewer things to carry with me on a trip. 5 |

It works beautifully on the newer MacBook Pro computers with the thunderbolt cable outlet. It also has an SD slot which is now missing on the MacBooks, as well as two USB outlets and an HDMI. 5 |

I bought this external drive to replace a broken one on my 6+ year old Macbook Pro. Little did I know that it doesn't work with Macs that ship with DVD drives. I went online and found a hack to make it work. I had to change a few settings in the terminal, it took about 5 minutes. Since then I have also used it in my new Macbook Pro to great affect. 5 |
